But again, their facebook post got me intrigued đ€ I took the Cafe de Olla to go and it was not even close to what I expected, in a good way! They only served iced which was no problem but the flavor combination is not typical of any coffee I have had. It has hints of cinnamon and maybe cardamon. Not 100% sure but very good. Next time I would like to try the hot Cafe de Olla.
For atmosphere I gave only 4 stars as the music was very loud. Good choice of music, but it could have been lowered to clearly hear the conversation with my husband.
I look forward to returning as now I am eyeing their brunch menu đ

Ever since I moved out to this area, I have been in search of a good Mexican restaurant.. And honestly have given up, But we decided to try this place and this is definitely now our go to for Mexican food. Everything was fresh and delicious and just absolutely amazing! Their muneco style steak is highly recommended! I honestly was very impressed because I am super picky when it comes to authentic Mexican food.. And the first place that I have been to around here that has really good green salsa! We did order Delivery and by the time our food got to us it was still hot! And this is very rare!

Best Mexican seafood restaurant. This is our spot to go to, my hubby who is such a fan of seafood LOVES Costa Bora. Staff are always so nice and Melissa is the best server and makes BOMB drinks.
My grandma who passed away not too long ago, would always request this restaurant so this place has a special spot in my heart. hope they stay in business for many years and never change the recipes. I love how its family owned and always give excellent service.
Every time we go it is an excellent experience. The trio ceviche is delicious and the amount they give you for the price is incredible. The cockroach shrimp are my favorites, the seasoning they put in this is finger-licking good. The 7 seas broth is a delight. There is nothing I have eaten in this place that is not good and the prices are very reasonable. The drinks are excellent. The micheladas are the best in the world without exaggeration.

Broth 7 seas should be called crab broth 80% crab. Only 3 small shrimp, 2 mussels, a little fillet and about 1 oz octopus, the rest onion, bell pepper and imitation of jaiva. Blanching artificial lemon aguachiles Their menu is not accurate. Prepare for surprises. I have ordered their aguachiles in the past and they are edible, the broth for the first time is not worth the price for the jaiva and onion.

Last night, my husband and I had a date night. Unbeknownst to us, it was happy hour and many items were discounted by 50%!
Started with a mango margarita which was on point. Not to sugary, no overkill on the tequila and the finishing touch was the rim trimmed with tajin spice đ
On to dinner.
I had seen pictures on their Facebook posts of the ceviche so I told the server I would like that as my entree. She looked at me funny and said that it was not a dinner item and it would not be enough to fill me up. I said no worries as I was not super hungry anyways. Well let me tell you, my picture says it all! It was plenty for dinner and leftovers. So good, apparently it was 3 different types of ceviche served with your choice of crackers, chips or tostado. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
My husband ordered the skirt steak fajitas which were sizzling hot. The steak was tender and seasoned to perfection. The sautéed green peppers and onions were so FRESH. The beans that were served , in my opinion are authentic. Kind of like a soup but just complement the fajitas nicely.

La Costa Bora never disappoints! From the CafĂ© de Olla to their Botana Bora, everything was delicious. Their extensive menu has something for everyone in the family, and the food is always fresh and flavorful. Our server, Sinayh, had a smile on her face the entire time and checked on us multiple times â excellent service!
So originally I rated them five stars- I had to do an update because I ordered tonight for Delivery and the beans that came with my burrito were so watery and tasted rancid.. I took one bite and had to throw it in the trash- FiancĂ© had the same experience with his beans as well.. Also was extremely disappointed because I paid extra to have suizo style- and it wasnât ..
