I went solely on the reviews. I'm not sure what happened, maybe new owners, but the food was bland, not tasty, and forgettable. Never again learned my lesson. Quaint dining means small, tacky restaurant with a commercial stove.

Good food and service. Was looking for a Mexican restaurant in Belvidere. This place had good reviews so we decided to give this one a shot. I am glad we did. The portion size was a good value for the price.

Well, I'm a little upset that I've never been to this spot , we had gone by a few times, but we thought it was permanently closed. Went to La Pasadita Mexican Food Restaurant in Belvidere today. I read some Google reviews, and it has 4.5-5 stars. It is a little hole-in-the-wall, but it's the best Mexican food I've had in a long time. We had enchiladas Rojas, and taco plate. Their chips were freshy fried, and crispy, their guacamole was on point, as were the sauces, and tacos, especially the al pastor. Even the rice and beans were fantastic. The tortillas were homemade even! Definitely going back!

Best authentic Mexican restaurant in town. Love their tamales and corn in a cup. Unlike others in town when ordering bulk tamales here they all come out amazing and they don’t skimp on the salsa!

Tried this for the first time based on the already high ratings on Google. This did not disappoint. It was delicious and the food was incredibly fresh and fast. It's not the biggest place to dine in but the food was so good we'll for sure be back and probably get some tacos to go. Highly recommend this!

Stumbled upon this quaint restaurant while visiting family. The food was fantastic! The guacamole was filled with cilantro, onion and tomatoes. The chips were warm and crunchy. Offered with three types of house made salsas. The corn tortillas appeared to be handmade. Tacos served authentic with onion and cilantro. Chille relleno was good. A great place to stop while wandering downtown.
