Order online and I received an email that my order was ready for pickup. I got there and they said to give them another 5 minutes. Five minutes went by and I received another email about my food being ready, so I asked the cashier if it showed that my pizza was ready. She checked the system and said that nothing showed on the system; this was the second time around, and the pizza was already paid for. So now I had to wait another 20 minutes so I could get my pizza. Pretty much, I spent like an hour waiting because of this issue.

Food was completely undercooked. The bacon tasted raw and like it was added to the pizza after it cooked, and the crazy bread was a lump of raw dough doused in butter. I ate three bites of the pizza and one of the bread and threw it all away. Now I'm on day 3 of missing work because of food poisoning. BEWARE.

Hot and ready not at all. I’ve been here about 30 minutes and still don’t have a simple pepperoni pizza that I should’ve been able to walk in and walk out with. Never coming back to this location.

I used the drive thru and no one answered. So I called the store to see if their drive thru is in use and they did not pick up my call. Was excited to use the drive thru for the first time but was disappointed with the outcome.

Nastiest Little Caesars location ever.
The food is half ass made and ALWAYS RAW!!!!
When you pick it up, you can already tell that it's going to be bad because the bottom of the pizza box is always moist and wrinkly and that right there indicates that your pizza isn't fully cooked.
Then their crazy bread is always raw too and just overly greasy with so much butter that they put. It's just too saggy to eat.

We ordered in the pizza portal my mom went to pick it up no one greeted her she said it was filthy inside. Horrible customer service. And the worst part I got food poisoning from the pretzel crust pizza we ordered. Never go there EVER!!!!

They got my order wrong. I waited on hold for over 30min just to speak to a manager. Who never greeted me or answered my call. I got hung up on several times. It's a $7 pizza, I get it. Customer service is worth more than a $7 pizza. Always check your order when you pick it up. So sad that this is what they've become.

For a lack of staff and size on ovens needed for operations they still do a damn good job just be patient on certain days. Bare with them and they will get you right for sure

Worst place to place an order I wan on the phone for 15 minutes no response, so I went to the store I was empty and the lady was there told me that they were so busy 😒🤔so I ordered and take them forever to make my pizzas, so disappointed about this place

I tried to place an order over the phone before they closed.
They said I had to physically be there to place an order.
I get there at 9:40 and they say they cut the ovens off.
I’m pissed now because I just drove 10 min to order food.
They were very rude, told me to get out of the store because I asked to speak to a manager and could they compensate me on my next visit.
I am highly irritated and upset because I’m hungry.
