Workers flipping you off when you ask at 8:30 why they don’t take orders is beyond disrespectful! DO NOT COME HERE! Also your manager might want to watch his mouth next time because it will go real bad if he does it to the wrong person

went to drive thru to pick up order and waited over 30 minutes, there was no line. don’t recommend if you’re really hungry. wish we didn’t already pay for the food as well or we would have just left.

This place is the absolute worst! They have no idea how much sauce should go on a pizza! Numerous times I’ve ordered pizza and never gotten sauce on any pizza. I order extra sauce and i get nothing! The pizza is always dried up/ burnt and its like eating a cracker with burnt cheese! Literally choking on dry crackers! They need to be trained better and Do better! I am ashamed! In this area there isn’t many places to order from. And this little ceasers should literally be removed from business period!I call them and get no repayment! No im sorry! No pizza! Nothing and theyve lost my business and tons! TONs of my followers!Good bye NASTY DRY! Shameful pizza!Pictures are from pizza ordered at 7pm. Delivered @7:30pm which i was happy how quickly it came. But i ordered custom pizzas with EXtra sauce and lite oven! This picture was taken immediately after i received my pizza! Never again! But i want my money back and an apology! I do not understand the issue they have with sauce! But im done! Thanx for ruining dinner! Again!

the cashier RYLEIGH K. was the OPPOSITE of welcoming, i ordered my food today at 8:12PM january 27th and halfway thru the order she gave me the total then gave me a vicious look when i stated that i was NOT done ordering?.. she also had EARPHONES in so she was having a conversation on her cellphone as i was ordering which explains why SHE CHARGED ME FOR 2 orders of chicken wings when i only ordered 1 .. when i told her about it she appeared careless and said "what do you mean" so at that point i just walked out. This all happened after waiting 10 minutes in the drive-thru and not getting any employee to take my order... TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE RYLEIGH IS USELESS..... also never got marinera sauce for my crazy bread combo... i will NEVER go to any little ceasers again after this experience it truley ruined my entire mood.. sad just sad to the think about all the other costumers before me that Ryleigh the cashier has made feel this awful about an experience at the little ceasers in belvidere..THE TOPPINGS ON THE PIZZA WAS ALSO BURNT.... had to throw away one of the pizzas and one of the wings i got charged for because i only wanted 1 order!! such a waste of money..

Staff is extremely lazy and oblivious. I haven’t been their one time where staff was professional. I have had to walk out just to get attention at the front desk. I’ve had staff walk to the back after talking to me and never return. Then they put up a trash can in the driveway most of the time and then when the trash can isn’t there they never speak at the speaker or make you wait 5 minutes to talk to you. I’ve also sat in the drive way waiting for food for a door dash delivery and watched them sit outside and mess around.

TERRIBLE service. We waited at the drive thru for a couple mins with no answer and then pulled forward to the window. They asked our name for the order and gave us the total and that was it. No greeting or an apology for the wait. This isn’t the first time we’ve had this experience with them.

Whoever is the manager here. Please hire more employees. Your staff is stressed and rushed and that is not fair to them. There are Karens in line getting mad because they have to wait over 30 minutes for their food. There were only 3 people working when I came and they can only move so fast when there is piles of people coming in to order, plus online orders. Not cool.

Could not have been more impressed. Have NEVER had a bad experience at this location. Recently placed a large order to feed a large group. The pizzas were ready on time, were hot and the staff was spectacular.

Ordered pizza for daughters birthday dinner. Got home and one of the 2 pizzas we ordered was good. Fresh and hot. The other was completely cold and burnt. None of my kids would eat that one. I should’ve checked before leaving but even if I had, then what? Wait for another one and let the “good” one get cold? The second pizza was clearly not cooked for my order. Very disappointing. This was our second attempt here, second disappointment. Won’t be eating here again.
