Today we drove from Bloomington, Illinois to your restaurant to check it out. It was well worth the drive. We really enjoyed our meals and the colorful ambiance. We are picky about our Mexican food, having lived in the Chicago area for most of our lives and with great Mexican cooks in the family. The food and great and the staff very friendly. We will definitely be back!

A few nights ago, I ate at Los Cabos for the first time and I can't believe what I've been missing for so long! I've probably eaten at every other so-called "authentic" Mexican restaurant in Peoria more than once, but have never been truly impressed...until now! If you want the real thing, then this is the place to go. How do I know? Because I am of Mexican descent and I grew up eating many of the same foods that they serve. Best of all, the food tastes just like my mother and father used to prepare for the family. Want to know what a real tamale tastes like? Try one of theirs. Have you ever experienced chili rellenos? Try one of theirs. How about trying a real taco. No, not Taco Bell, but the genuine article. I guess I've made my point about the food. By the way, my order was to go, but while I waited for it to be prepared, I really noticed how friendly and hard working everyone was. I can't wait to go back again and actually dine-in. It definitely will be soon!

Thank you to Los Cabos for getting me out of a bind last minute. I had another plan in place for ground beef taco meat for a staff party and it fell through the day before. I called Los Cabos and they were able to make 10lbs of ground beef taco for me to pick up the next day. It was a hit! Iām so glad my original plan didnāt work out and we were able to have some delicious tacos from Los Cabos. I highly recommend them for your catering needs. I mean, who doesnāt love a nacho/taco bar?!?! Thanks again!
