I recently enjoyed a delicious meal from your food truck. The food itself was excellent, and I would happily recommend it to others. However, my experience was significantly marred by the customer service I received. On several occasions when I've ordered from the truck, particularly when younger staff members are working, I've encountered a distinctly unfriendly attitude when requesting salsa.
While I understand that there might be an additional charge for salsa, the issue isn't the cost itself, but rather the lack of transparency. The charge isn't clearly communicated upfront, leading to an unpleasant interaction when the request is made. If there's a fee, making it clear on the menu or during the ordering process would avoid any misunderstanding and improve the overall customer experience. I believe a proactive approach to communication would greatly enhance the positive aspects of your excellent food.

First time trying Marvin’s tacos OMG they are super delicious!!!! The meat is well season and hot sauce is delicious and spicy, the price is all worth it.

Hands down the best Tacos! So friendly, fast and I don’t want to jinx myself but I have never had an order messed up. Everything about Marvin’s is top notch….all wrapped up into their food truck. I kind of don’t ever want them to get a brick and mortar as I would be afraid something may “take a hit”. Stay just the way you are Marvin’s!!! 😍❤️🌶️

Let me just start by saying i love you guys. Ive watched as they started their business and now they have two successful trucks. They cater in and do partys. The food is awesome and the hospitality that Nancy, Nacho, and Marvin show as you are waiting is great. I will return time and time again and hope to see a restaurant come out of these guys very soon. They popped up one day and have a very good spot in my heart. Keep up the good work guys i need your barbacoa torta in my life.
