This McDonald’s is hit or miss on customer service. Some days are great and others not so much. Tonight I ordered online ahead of time then went to pick it up- I was in the drive thru line for 3/4 minutes then at the window for 5. I checked the bag and there were no sauces (this happens about 50% of the time). So I pulled back around and went in the McDonald’s, and asked for the sauces. The manager asked what food I got and told me that the sauces were placed under the fries. They gave me the extra sauce anyway which I was thankful for especially since I thought I was wrong and didn’t check well enough. I went back to my car, looked in the McDonald’s bag, and the original sauces were not there under the fries. The whole ordeal was just annoying and took about 20 minutes total, which is ridiculous considering I ordered ahead of time and was expecting a quick pickup. The sauce thing in itself isn’t a huge deal, but it happens often enough that I thought I would go in this time. I gave 3 stars because like I said sometimes it’s great, but I think it depends on management/workers.

Food was cooked perfectly. Problem comes in when I tried to give them a code. They entered the code, took the point from my end and proceeded to tell me the code did not work. OKAY! IM NOT UPSET ABOUT THAT, ASKED FOR A $7 DAILY DOUBLE MEAL MED SPRITE. GOT TO THE 1st WINDOW AND WAS TOLD HAVE TO CALL A NUMBER TO GET MY POINTS BACK… sure whatever. GOT TO THE 2ND WINDOW AND WAS MET BY A MANAGER. Explained to her I wanted a med. sprite not coke. She proceeded to tell me “I was the one who took your order and you said coke”. Incorrect I don’t drink coke, and rarely any pop! So she turned & got me a SMALL sprite. Point in this wasn’t to get anyone in trouble but to hope they get a little bit more training or something on how to handle things better. As a manager I could get something wrong and apologize and correct the problem, even if I was right. That’s how WORKING WORKS.
Terrible service over the phone and lied to me about what they have an did not bother to try and help the situation
Food is standard mcdonalds, always comes out pretty quick. When the order is a little off they fix it right away. The staff was super nice and accommodating.
I went to this McDonald's on Halloween night after pre ordering my food via the app at 737pm I pulled up to the drive through about 747 to let them know I was there. It took awhile to get through the line which is understandable for it being Halloween. I was parked and waited until about 810 when I finally received my food. I ordered 3 burgers, 20 piece nugget, two large fries, chicken strips and a spicy chicken sandwich. I understand food takes time to cook but when I received my food the nuggets and fries were soggy and cold, even the burgers were cold! They obviously made those before preparing the other chicken items which made them disgusting! If you know an order has food that takes longer than other items the items that take less time should be made last! I also had to go back in and get my sauces. I spoke with the manager on site he said I could either wait to get it remade or get a refund and give everything back. My baby was already screaming and crying because she had been waiting 30 minutes in a car after trick or treat for food so that wasn't exactly an option! I threw away the nasty food and fed the kids my food instead. What is the point of having an app to order ahead if they still cannot do the job correctly, busy or not you had time to prepare the meal made the customer wait an extra 20+ minutes at the restaurant for cold soggy food!

If you come here past 11pm even though the signs and google says open 24 hours not only do you get your food after 30 minutes but you also get an attitude and customer service so horrible that you change your mind on even being hungry in the first place I get working over night can be stressful but if it’s going to cause you to be that rude at night then just shut down like literally every other fast food joint in Belvidere nobody cares

Unfortunately the manager at this McDonalds wrecked my night… My family (2 kids and wife) and myself came in to eat at the Belvidere McDonalds and ordered a bunch of items to get the monopoly pieces. One item (quarter pounder with cheese) had the logo for a game piece in the app but we did not receive a piece. I asked the manager if it was missing and I was told “no that’s only the filet of fish, mcCrispy, and Big Mac”. A worker who knows us well from our many visits stopped over and asked how we were doing and after chatting for a minute, I asked if I was reading something in the app wrong. She said she thought it did have one but wasn’t sure. The manager then came barreling out of the back and said “I was listening to y’all chatting and like I said it don’t come with a piece. I brought the boxes out to show you” then proceeded to show us the boxes for the qtr lb burger. She followed this with “you get it now?!” Then she stormed back into the back and loudly talked badly about how we don’t know what we are talking about and how she “had to tell us!” At this point, I felt very confused and disrespected so my wife and I rushed our meals and vowed to not come back for a while. It was made worse when I researched it and found out I was correct and the quarter pounder with cheese comes with a (digital) piece, just not a real world one. Unfortunately I was not registered for the game until after that purchase so I missed out on the single game piece, but I don’t mind that knowing that I was correct and the rude manager disrespected my wife and I in front of our children (and very loud enough in the back to her employees that we could hear) for no reason whatsoever. I don’t know what to say other than I am horribly disappointed and upset at how I was treated by a manager at a restaurant after I just handed over my money for food… shame…
Please pull forward for a 10min wait for a large coffee. Black no cream or sugar.... RIDICULOUS

9 times out of 10 when I get food from this establishment my order is WRONG!! I will NOT go back!! From now on, I’ll be going to the one on the other side of town by Walgreens even if it’s out of my way.

Horrible service at night time when you order food you always get old and cold food I asked for no onions I'm allergic they still put onions in there which made me very sick they've been telling me for weeks that they were going to give me a call every time I call they say will call you tomorrow I call and then they say the manager still not there
