Horrible place to place an order. I placed my order through the drive-thru. They forgot some of my order. They forgot to charge me for it so I'm giving them the tap. They couldn't do it in the third window after they sent me to the third window to wait for it. After that, they have me come inside. If you're in a drive-thru, it means you're in a hurry and they make it seem like it was my fault when I got inside. Totally unprofessional ignoring me when I was telling them how I felt really rude pretending I wasn't there. This is the last time I'm coming to this location for sure

Completely disappointed in your staff. Its Nov.27 2024 9:45pm I bought a Big Mac meal and walked up to the drink dispenser inside and got stopped by a Mexican latina lady worker from your guys restaurant and she was Completely rude and overly reacting towards a simple coke refill, I had to rebuy my drink plus 2 more because Im not a broke mf just trying to drink for free but I expected better. I am a local resident and i always brought my children and family to eat here. Completely and utterly disappointed

I ordered a fish sandwich for dinner. The bun was rock hard and the sandwich was cold. I am still in shock that McDonalds allows their staff to serve food this bad and charge customers higher prices. It wasn't the sandwich I was accostume to and it is not the sandwich I will come back for in the future.

Ordered on the app and picked up in the mobile order spot. They should implement an "on our way"feature or something so they start making the order before you get there. Waited 20 minutes after we arrived on an order we placed online and then drove to pick up. Drive thru line moved faster. The whole point to ordering before you go is so the food is ready when you get there. Otherwise, food was good. Kids were happy. Order was correct.
