This McDonald’s is hit or miss on customer service. Some days are great and others not so much. Tonight I ordered online ahead of time then went to pick it up- I was in the drive thru line for 3/4 minutes then at the window for 5. I checked the bag and there were no sauces (this happens about 50% of the time). So I pulled back around and went in the McDonald’s, and asked for the sauces. The manager asked what food I got and told me that the sauces were placed under the fries....

Ordered on the app and picked up in the mobile order spot. They should implement an "on our way"feature or something so they start making the order before you get there. Waited 20 minutes after we arrived on an order we placed online and then drove to pick up. Drive thru line moved faster. The whole point to ordering before you go is so the food is ready when you get there. Otherwise, food was good. Kids were happy. Order was correct.

I came here with a rather large order, and Emily who’s one of the manager there, provided excellent service and in a timely fashion. Highly recommend coming here. Give this girl a raise!! She deserves it.
