Please do not eat here. They have mice and horrible customer service when confronted about the situation. I was treated like crap not even one apology was made, and they were upset with me for being disgusted manager refused to give me the corporate number and threatened to hang up on me multiple times I have never been treated worse at a restaurant

This is a hit or miss McDonalds. Some days fresh, others the food is luke warm. Mistakes are common with our orders. Very busy and the only nearby location so we are kind of stuck. But still visited near weekly, I've learned to ask for fresh items or no salt on items to ensure they are done upon order.
They don’t want to pay employees to take your order anymore . Kiosk service only . A large iced coffee is now $3.19. Won’t be back

Burgers and Fry’s were cold and drive thru window girl had frown faced. Didn’t look like she cared to be there or cared about service either, and it showed. Also, had to pull up and wait with 3 other cars for our order. Very Sorry, but true. This was the Rte 20 location near Belvedere near Four Seasons Trailer Park. Management here needs to seriously talk to their staff about food prep and customer service! Visited here on Saturday night 6/8 about 730pm. Maybe send your own secret shoppers in and survey this location seriously especially weekend evenings. You will see for yourself. ****It’s is truly hard to leave a bad review…but needed sometimes.***

They didn’t serve my right food,. Then they dont know how to translate right when we spoke in Spanish wasn’t understanding what they were saying. Forgot my keptchup and bbq.
