I went to redeem a quarter pounder with cheese on the app, my burger didn’t have any cheese, I called to see if they could fix it because I was already on the highway when I noticed, and no one answered, and their mailbox is full.

Had food delivered and the big Mac had no middle bread , and the chicken nuggets were so hard and cold , when I tried to call they don't answer, the voice mail is full and the number they give you on the machine doesn't go to corporate. They need some serious help.

We went through drive through, asked for light ice in the hot drink, no ice in the water, a hamburger, a McDouble and a bottle of water. We got no ice in the hot drink, ice in the water, a cheeseburger, a McDouble and no bottle of water. I tried calling several times and no one answered plus their mailbox was full. We were heading to Chicago so we could not go back to the restaurant. Serve is lousy!

Only parked here, changed our mind about food, but the place looks clean and inviting. Will likely be back!

went to go redeem a sausage biscuit the lady at the speaker couldn’t get my code so she told me to refresh after I refreshed. It told me the code was already redeemed, but she never got it on her end and said that she couldn’t help me out because they never got the code as someone who lives paycheck to paycheck working third shift it’s frustrating when you get off and your hungry with -3$ in your account and all you wanted was a biscuit will be driving out of my way next time to a different mc donald’s because this one has always sucked

They told me that they didn't have any decaf. Coffee, which I did not believe and she was very rude at the drive through.

Actually McDonald's is a bit well my stomach disagrees with as in most fast food. On the road for hours, mid afternoon not eaten yet for the day, saw a McDonald's and said ok forget the consequences and stopped. Lady at window was the nicest happiest elderly lady happy to be working laughed made jokes so on and so on. Got a big Mac. Ok not that we were starving, but all the food obviously was made fresh, nothing skimpy, fries were clean off oil yahhooo and salted mildly as she said giving us more packs and plenty of napkins they never give out lol. Stomach had no issues we were both amazed. To stop again at any other um no, but if passing by this one and hungry, I hope the same gal is there lol.

Ordered on the app at 1149 showed up at 1203 for my food and an employee asked if i ordered on the app. I said yes he handed me my drink and walked out the front door. I guess he didnt tell anyone I was there as i didnt receive my meal till 1223. This was after saying something to a manager at 1215 and was completely dismissed. Watched bag after bag get filled and sent off while my ticket for a burger, fries, and a drink was just ignored. It hard to sympathize when there were just as many workers as there were guest. Can't go back as I only have a 30 min lunch. Burger King is better anyway and I can order in the drive thru and be gone with my food in under 7 mins.

It’s alright like most Macdonald’s these days, it’s actually pretty clean and not crowded

Watched the staff rock paper scissors over who had to take our order so I went to the kiosk
Glad I did watched the staff treat the next people rude
