I rarely go to to this McDonald’s because of how unintelligent these workers are …..every single time I go there they always get my order wrong. I don’t know how they can get confused from a chicken sandwich to a 10 piece nugget when I literally said at least five times a chicken sandwich, and the girl kept saying, uhhh you want a 5 piece nugget then I ordered a medium iced coffee and then proceeded to give me a small iced coffee and it wasn’t even the iced coffee that I wanted then another occasion A Frappuccino, which was a certain flavor, then gives me a whole different other size and a different flavor of the Frappuccino I was so over to the point I didn’t even go back to make a big deal out of it and when about my day but the fact that I’m literally ordering one or two items and they can’t even get that correct order just shows how much they pay attention, which is literally nothing clearly But again, not surprised, cause the whole McDonald’s. There is run by a bunch of teenagers Who haven’t even graduated high school yet

I just drove to Marengo to get a delicious Peppermint Mocha coffee and a Bacon and egg cheese bagel. Bring them back to Belvidere or I just keep going to Marengo?Update…. They brought back the bagels and peppermint mocha!

The manager Brandon is not a problem solver or even knowledgeable of how to fix an order. we made an order on the McDonald's App for pick up and didn't want to fill order due to being order on app with different phone number even tho food was paid for.

Hey for fast food their hash browns and mcgriddles were fresh hot and super quick! The staff were charming and friendly!

Some person who works there is unaware of how to put a top on a cup of coffee and the extremely hot coffee spilled as I was taking my 1st sip. It spilled from my lip, chin, neck and chest. It also spilled all over my $1700 brand new disabled speciality chair. It was hot enough to leave burns, but it was hot enough to make me cry as the scalding hot liquid flowed down my body. I feel like such a Karen right now, but I never complain about anything. I just couldn't let this egregious incompetence go without a word of warning to others. Please don't forget to check all of your coffee or tea cups before you take a drink.
