Went in at 3am, wasn't there to waste time and manager started telling my 16year old sister that he wasn't working and was threatening that he called a tow truck to pick up our car in a empty lot. Point of it we were hungry and trying to go home. Could've made the day fast

It says 24/7, but actually, it is not on 3rd shift whenever the person that works needs to get break they don't have more staff and they don't take orders for at list 30 minutes at that time. I understand the person needs to have a break, but Mcdonald's, if It works 24/7, needs to have more staff then.

Ordered food off the app, they proceeded to ignore me the entire time and got everyone's food out before mine. Including other orders that came after me. The lady at the front acted like she didn't know about my food being done or not... Everyone's food was put in the alcove. Finally after fifteen minutes I was about to lose my cool, and the guy handed me my bag as it sat there THE WHOLE TIME. what kind of service is this????

Horrible service. Went there about 4am wanted to order two breakfast sandwiches and 20 nuggets and a large coke.. lg fri. Told us that we could only order one or the other then we asked to order some burgers they tell us we don’t have burgers we can only make you chicken nuggets. Said ok then I just want 20 nuggets fries and a drink no they gave us 40 nuggets instead and made me wait 45 minutes for my food.. will not be returning to this location highly don’t recommend..

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I work nights snd would stop on my way home. I stopped 4 nights in a row. I would get coffee and all 4 were not even hot and I would ask if the coffee was fresh. The woman told me it was freshly made. I was polite and she was a real jerk. I had a egg McMuffin that was cold too. Do not stop here it's 20 percent higher then other McDonald's and food and service is HORRIBLE.

-Rant- Okay y'all, it's time to stop whining and crying about the slightly higher prices. It costs a lot of money to rent a spot in a travel plaza like this. If you don't like it, there's a McDonald's just a few minutes away off of the pike. Or if you're smart, you'd use the McDonald's app and save money. -End rant- I popped in for breakfast since my next stop wasn't for a couple hundred more miles. As I was walking in the south entrance I hit the order button on the app. By the time I reached their counter on the other side of the building they were finishing my order. Can't get much faster than that. I bought two sausage and egg McMuffins with cheese for a total of $5.45. THAT'S NOT EXPENSIVE! But I took advantage of the deals in the app. Heck, the discount I used doesn't require any points or anything, it's just there. The service was fast, friendly, accurate and fresh. No complaints here.
