I see a lot of bad reviews and my experience is nothing compared to what they all state, Gracela who I assume is the manager and Anthony were the only ones in front, the food was being topped as soon as it gets low, both were very helpful and were controlling the line pretty fast. The food was good and fresh, they weren’t stingy with scoops, atmosphere was clean and organized, the only thing is not paying an extra $1.50 for steak and it’s filled with mushroom and 2 pieces of meat which I’m very certain is not employee’s fault but management trying to cut cost, don’t make people pay extra if you’re not gonna give their money’s worth. Overall those 2 people I interacted with were nice and welcoming, informative and willing to help.

I came to get some food and big BOY LUIS refused to take my change and there is nothing in panda express police saying they they can't take any change money LUIS u need to be on the back and NOT dealing with customer.

You paying extra $1.50 for shrimp and you’re only getting 4 shrimp This is absolutely horrible and plus bottle of water cost almost 3 dollars. This place needs to be inspected. Will call BBB and report this place. Inspection community on the way.!!!

If you come within 1 hour of them closing, they refuse to make more orange chicken, and will put out a sign saying they're out. And laugh in your face.

Disappointing experience at Panda Express, Belvidere, IL. Arrived 3 minutes before opening time (9:00 am) but was made to wait 25 minutes until 9:25 am. Unacceptable delay and poor time management by staff. Expected better service.Rating: -/5 stars

Ordered a medium Sweet Fire Chicken, for $9 and there were literally 4 small pieces of chicken and 75% Pineapple, Onions, etc. Unacceptable. Very disappointing.
