I usually have a great experience at Panera’s, but not tonight. I ordered a hot Italian sandwich. It was put in the broiler far too long, bread was hard, not crusty and the meat had dried out terribly.
This was an awesome stop on our way to Starve Rock☺️☺️...Karyna and the Manager were awesome. Made sure that our orders were point. Karyna also ensured that we knew about the cookie or other bakery item that can be purchase for .99 cents. She was very friendly and always smiling. The managers always made sure that we had our order in time. Thank you so much!! We will be back soon♥️♥️
