Ordered a grilled cheese that was very salty. My French onion soup was also black and tasted burnt. They also closed right after I got my food so I couldn't ask for help with this disgusting food I wasted my money on.

Straight trash. They couldn't get the order right. They forgot a sandwich and when we went back to get it they had it behind the counter in the kitchen. Kinda odd! Sandwiched were very poorly done and sucked. TRASH

The didn't have the bread for the sandwich I ordered. I changed the sandwich and they gave me the 1st sandwich on different bread. Didn't have the drink I wanted. They guy taking orders couldn't answer a single question about what was on different sandwiches. Tables were dirty. Never again.

Me and my nephew had a most pleasant experience here with a nice service worker named Kim. She was super friendly, professional, efficient, and full of smiles. I don't go to this location often but I might start going more for her. Can't say enough good things about Kim.

On 9/23, I stopped at Panera Bread in the Oasis on my way home from Chicago and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. About an hour later, I started feeling unwell, and during the three-hour drive home, I barely made it. I've never been that sick from food before, and I'm certain it was the chicken sandwich that made me ill.

I order today spicy fiesta chicken sandwich. But they gave me veggie sandwich and nothing inside that’s is ridiculous.
We just left this terrible excuse for a Panera. Do not stop here. The girls working / making the food were sneering from behind the counter and rude - for having to toast a bagel! They then threw our food into the bag without wrappers or anything with other condiments etc. It was disgusting. Don’t waste your time!

I was kind of hesitant to get lunch here due to the string of negative reviews but it really seems this Panera turned things around! The two young women who were taking orders were so sweet and helpful. The manager was behind the counter too and they all seemed to have a good rapport. When there was no one ordering the two cashiers were chatting and they seemed free to do so, which I think is important to a good work environment. The food was great and it came out pretty fast!

Ordered ahead for rapid pickup. Watched 6+ orders get created from people in line at the register and get fulfilled while i waited and the screen unhealthfully displayed that it was being prepared. Then it was removed from the screen even though I could see it sitting on the counter. Finally, 10 minutes after I was told it would be ready and everyone else had gone through the line and got in their food they were finally able to give it to me.

Today I placed an order online for bistro onions soup. Unfortunately they didn't have it. I received a phone call from a sweet lady to exchange my order. She explained the situation and offered me something else in return. Once I picked up the order I didn't open it until I left the store. Later I saw a Tulip Cookie with "We are sorry" written on wrap.
Since I left without saying Thank You. I'm saying now. ☺️ God Bless you ladies.
