My families favorite pizza in town! Staff members are always friendly and the manager is awesome. He is super friendly and incredibly generous of there is even the slightest hiccup.

Manager “Justin” for some reason gave me a plain cheese pizza instead of the usual Big New Yorker Pepperoni pizza which I’ve been ordering for years at this location!! Not sure what happened? I understand mistakes happen. But if you’re asking for a review, this what happened to me this evening!!! I insisted on a future refund/free pizza. I only hope they honor this free”New Yorker” my next order????

A friend and I had a competition on whose favorite pizza place was the best as far as taste goes. I said hands down Pizza Hut. They like a different place because it was cheaper. Let me just say, you get what you pay for. I had had pizza at my friends favorite pizza place, and knew Pizza Huts was way better. So, my friend got a large pepperoni stuffed crust from that place, and I, a large pepperoni stuffed crust from Pizza Hut. We ate one from each, and then finished off Pizza Huts. Pizza Hut won by a long shot! Now, my friend's new favorite pizza place to eat at is Pizza Hut.

Place was fine staff were nice and food was great! The pizza honestly tasted better than I expected with a verry fair price to with it! Highly recommend requesting additional sauce on your pizza it felt kind of lacking however it was really good. 👍

I don’t usually write reviews but this made me really sad to see. I don’t know anyone by name, it was only my 3rd or so time being here. But there were two women working up front when I ordered and you could tell one lady had been there longer and was talking to the other lady like she was scum on her shoe. Very condescending and rude. It seemed the girl knew what she was doing for the most part so it was very uncomfortable to watch. I hope that young lady sees this post and knows that someone saw her. Food was good and really fast but that lady’s attitude ruined the whole experience

I ordered a pizza online and it was perfect. Being a truck driver sometimes we end up eating junk. Well not today if this is junk give me more. Pizza was fresh and made accurate. Drivers vehicle was clean with his uniform and himself. Driver displayed a positive attitude and earned his tip. Will order whenever I’m in the area. Continue to have great customer service.

I put an order in online and I asked for it to be delivered and they messed that up and had it for carry out so then I call them and ask them what was going on and they said they would remake the food and deliver it I don't think they may remade the food because it was cold when we got it.Not happy at all

This is kinda my go to place when I have the kids and grandkids over. The pizza was as expected, nice and hot, got her sooner then expected. Only issue I have is the pizza hut app. It's so frustrating, took me longer to place the order online then it did for me to receive it. It's been this way for months now. Yes I could've called like I've done in the past when struggling with the app. But it was real loud where I was and I can't hear anyways! Pizza Hut fix the bugs in the app!

Our extended family of 12 just dined in and had a wonderful meal! Pizza was delicious!! We had a variety of pizzas from deep dish to tavern style and everyone was perfect! Our server was so polite and prompt. It was a great dinner.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with this location. I live in Cherry Valley and I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in awhile. So I wanted a quick pizza so I got on the app( which had drastically changed since I last ordered) and got the stuffed pizza deal. I ordered breadsticks as well and paid. After that it said it would be 78 minutes which at first I was like wow they must be super busy and just assumed it was because it was Friday and Valentine’s Day as well. It wasn’t until my order wasn’t updating that I looked at the location i ordered from and realized it was the Belvidere location and that the one usually by my house had closed. Just when I was ready to cancel the order I was notified it was on its way. Once the driver got here ( bless his heart) I apologized profoundly and explained which he said really it was no big deal. I had tipped him through the app but gave him a few more dollars cash. The driver was so sweet and never once did they cancel my order or were rude to me. And the food was pretty good too. Highly recommend this establishment!!!
