Our extended family of 12 just dined in and had a wonderful meal! Pizza was delicious!! We had a variety of pizzas from deep dish to tavern style and everyone was perfect! Our server was so polite and prompt. It was a great dinner.

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with this location. I live in Cherry Valley and I haven’t ordered Pizza Hut in awhile. So I wanted a quick pizza so I got on the app( which had drastically changed since I last ordered) and got the stuffed pizza deal. I ordered breadsticks as well and paid. After that it said it would be 78 minutes which at first I was like wow they must be super busy and just assumed it was because it was Friday and Valentine’s Day as well. It wasn’t until my order wasn’t updating that I looked at the location i ordered from and realized it was the Belvidere location and that the one usually by my house had closed. Just when I was ready to cancel the order I was notified it was on its way. Once the driver got here ( bless his heart) I apologized profoundly and explained which he said really it was no big deal. I had tipped him through the app but gave him a few more dollars cash. The driver was so sweet and never once did they cancel my order or were rude to me. And the food was pretty good too. Highly recommend this establishment!!!

My wife called to place an order. She had to talk to a woman at a call center that was not good. Ordered a large thin cheese and sausage pizza and a taco pizza with no onions but add green olives. She was told no green only black. She told the woman a beef taco when she didn't ask what kind( they usually say beef or chicken,,) . She said what else. She said that was all just what ever comes on a taco pizza. She should have just hung up and called somewhere else. We heard a dog barking in the background. She asked her if she was at the store and she answered yes. When we got home surprise surprise the taco pizza was wrong! Only had cheese sausage and green olives! Next time if we don't talk to someone at the pizza hut we will go elsewhere.

I am a volunteer for Make a Wish. This Pizza Hut location helped make a little one's wish celebration even more magical by hosting the family for a meal! They were so generous and accommodating- truly community minded. The food was excellent and served in a timely manner! So grateful to them.

This location is a joke! Do not order from them as your food will never be cooked thoroughly. We have ordered from there 2 times in past six months or so and both times the cheese was barely melted, crust gooey etc. I don't understand how you can't cook a pizza until it is done. Use the correct time on the timer or just check and make sure the cheese is golden brown before you pull it out the oven. Waste of our money 2 times now when pizza hut was all we were craving.

I came in tonight to pick up two pizzas and I ordered it as curbside pick up. When I called the young man named Jack had answered the phone. He told me I had to drive around to the window. I distinctively told him that I ordered it at curbside pick up and that is where my car is parked. He proceeded to tell me that they don’t do that. I told him that I’m sitting at the curbside pick up and that’s where I would like my pizza delivered. I gave him my name from my order and then he hung up on me came out with my pizzas And had a very bad attitude. And then come to find out as it was driving off because I had ordered the taco pizza. I did not get the sour cream so I had to do a U-turn and go back to the drive-through window and asked Jack what comes with the taco pizza ? His response was did you not get the sour cream? Well Jack if I had gotten it, I would not have had to make the U-turn to come back you neglected to bring that out along with the pizza. This is not my first encounter with this Pizza Hut and their employees with an attitude Because they don’t want to go outside. If you are not doing curbside pick up then I would suggest you remove the signs out front of your store. Very, very poor Customer Service. It’s really sad because I order from Pizza Hut quite a bit. These employees need to be taught on how to serve with a smile and be kind of customers. Regardless.

I went with my family at lunchtime and they told me that they did not serve at the table at that time, however, the person in charge kindly told me that there would be no problem and that I could eat there in the restaurant with my family whatever we ordered. We placed the order and she even had the detail of serving our pizza at the table to my wife, my children and me, the lady in charge was very kind. I wish more places had that kindness.

Tried ordering pizza , bread sticks and more online. What a joke...they supposedly never received my order, but yet it already charged my bank account. And trying to call to get answers is a joke... haven't been there in years..now I know why ..
