Saturday night I ordered the special two medium pieces two topping with extra cheese. They delivered The pizzas I took a quarter turn into my garage and put them in the fridge because they were late. I had a movie to catch. With my wife, including we have been very good patrons for a long time. They never done us wrong. So we turned it around 1 AM after the movies To get some hell, yeah Rosati’s pizza When I opened up the boxes, everything was slid to one side. I was like you gotta be kidding me there is nothing open. So Sunday around 11 o’clock I call into Rosati’s. I talk to the manager. He says oh yeah we refund it not a problem. They’ll be a refund on your Phone number So I call back on Monday I talked to Manuel suppose manager first he tells me it was already reused then he tells me he can’t refund , Disrespect me, disrespect, my family, disrespect my wife and says that’s not what happened! Not only did I not get my refund, but he disrespected me and my family and I thought this was a family Establishment Me and my family will never eat there ever again! I urge you not to eat there! They didn’t respect me why would they respect you?

Hubby got a Chicago deep dish and I got thin crust. We also ordered a couple lasagna s for later. Food arrived hot and was delicious. We finally found a place to order excellent food. ❤️

I ordered the large deep dish with pepperoni sausage green peppers and onions mushrooms and it was delicious by far the best pizza I've had in a while. Ate two slices and I was full. Normally I can eat a whole pizza but not this. So I had left overs next morning and still holding that delicious taste. With a 2L of coke and tip 42.78&15tip $57.78. well worth it.

My only issue is the stacking of take away orders. When one to go item gets stacked on top of the other, the bottom item totally collapses and is a mess (red sauce everywhere and cheese stuck to the lid). Otherwise, the food is absolutely delicious!

I've been going to the rosati's location at the gateway center for 25 years. Excellent service. Never disappoints. The staff know me very well. I don't order pizza from anywhere else.
My order was carry out but it was ready on time I was told it would be. Best pizza in town, especially the sausage and cheese pizza, a family favorite. Prices are high but isn’t everything now days? We don’t eat out much but this is one of the places we go.

Excellent. But it’s irritating when I look at the menu and I can’t find the prices. There are no prices listed on the website as well. Is this new era stuff? I’m not liking it. Otherwise the food is excellent. Please put the prices on future menu.
