I grew up eating this pizza… I live in NC now and when I come home, I get it several times because nothing else compares. The taste, quality, and service has been the best I’ve experienced in the past 30 years. From NC to IL, there’s nothing like this pizza!!!

Hands down my favorite pizza for over 30 years. I love the sauce,crust cheese an toppings. Authentic family owned business.No mod pizza or any other chain pizza can beat this place.Just my opinion.I'd really be disappointed to lose this place. Its mainly a carryout place but they do have seating. My only request would be for Josie to add would be a calzone.

We walked in on a chilly night without realizing that they weren't offering any dine-in option... but they still seated us regardless and made an accommodation. Pizza was VERY good: thought the sauce was really good, and pizza not aggressively salty. Highly recommend!

I don't know how this place has the rating that it does. The first bite, I thought it was pretty good, and I was happy with it. But the more I ate, the worse it got. I thought it looked like it was cooked in a real pizza oven and couldn't wait to taste it! All around, the crust was burnt. Not like a little here and there, but burnt burnt, around the whole outter crust. The cheese and pepperoni were good. The sauce was not. All I could taste was tomato paste and garlic. Both were overpowering and very little else. Never again.
Pizza definitely not what it used to be. I ordered bread sticks and they were more like small loaves of bread. Sauce too sweet . Don't think I will be returning
