The baristas are very unprofessional, one in particular is Sebastian. This barista typically works the drive through window. You have to say your name and what you are there for 3-4-5 times, then he loves to say “bro just chill”. Typically they are always over the top friendly, or they are like Sebastian. No happy mediums here.

Placed Mobile order and went to pick up 4 minutes later and was told by dispatcher next time not to come before 5 min then sat at drive window for 4 additional minutes and when we got our drinks they we're less then 2/3 full and flavorless, bad experience.

I work from home, and decided to work from Starbucks instead today... I had NO idea that the fall flavors came out today and the place would be packed with people! All of the workers here served the crowd in an efficient and friendly way while all having fun! The service industry is not an easy one and they all handled the "mad rush" like champs! I am definitely impressed with this location and the people behind the counter. Of course they also told everyone to have a great day! Something as simple as a coffee and friendly interactions in the morning can really turn someone's day around!
This location is absolutely terrible. Never going to come here again, not that they care. Everytime this manager is dripping with attitude about making a drink that you can order online, but they WON'T make it in the store. And when you show them the drink on their ownApp, they ramp up the attitude, and act as if they are doing us a favor.
