This place has completely gone downhill since they fired all the old employees. The one guy is not too bad, but the owner, I believe, and the lady are absolutely horrible and rude. They talk about you in front of your face in their language. Also, the lady talks about you again when she rings you up and sees you didn't leave a tip. They have completely lost my business.

I already had a bad experience at this location months ago but now I am currently posting on behalf of my husband who went in there recently to buy a 6-inch sub only to be charged by an incompetent employee over 20 bucks for a 6-in meatball sub no way does a 6-in sub cost over $20 if I wanted him to get ripped off I would go across the street to McDonald's to get a couple of egg McMuffins in the morning. I am glad he refused the sandwich from there we will never go back to this location and I will highly recommend others to not go to this location. I have also filed a complaint with the better Business bureau.

I recommend not stopping at this location eat. To start off with the bad experience, they were doing a deal buy any 2 foot long meals for $26. So my son, my niece and a friend of theirs went in. My son had ordered his meal and my nieces meal for the deal and when the staff realized there was another sandwich added to the order they refused the deal and said that because he’s buying three sandwiches the deal is off. So then, after a short argument, my son was like whatever he went to pay for the food and ended up and getting a fourth sandwich that they tried telling him that he ordered. my son had tried telling them. He only ordered three as There’s only three people standing there when he declined. They basically told him we are not throwing this away. You ordered it you’re getting it and they charged him for the fourth sandwich that he did not order. so he was basically told if you want your sandwiches you have to get all of them with no deal even though they were promoting it. In my opinion there is unfriendly rude. That isn’t the first time my family has gone there and dealt with such issues from management with bad customer service. This is done quite often at this location. They mess up on orders and blame the customers so that management doesn’t come down on them and get any of the employees in trouble so if you value your customer service, your food and your family I recommend going to a different subway.

Since new ownership has taken over this subway has had a complete turn around. The restaurant is cleaner, the people are friendlier, and the food is the best it’s ever been. Great job fixing the place!
