There was grl and guy and I asked for extra veggies and said I will even pay for extra veggies but instead of putting extra veggies guys was breaking the green peppers with hand and trying to spread it like extra veggies. Very annoying, don’t know what customer service mean. Will never go to this location again and will definitely aware this to headquarters.

Skimpy and short as ever. And will charge you for extra napkins. They give more bread than anything. Maybe it’s just this location, but I feel cheated and will forever pass on this location.

Most skimpy and overpriced subs and salad we’ve ever had at a Subway. The man working was rude and seemed irritated. The gal was nice.
Rotisserie salad had maybe 2oz of meat (honestly I’d be surprised if it was much more than 1oz) was very small, and was $12!!

Don’t ever go here, I always order the same footlong Subway sandwich somewhere across the truck stops in different states, usually it’s around $10-11, went here for the same sandwich but for 6 INCH. And it was also $10, waaaaay overpriced, even NY state doesn’t have that. Are you insane??!!

Would not recommend, refuses to accept national Subway coupons even though the coupons state they are valid in all states except Hawaii and Alaska.

I would like to talk to owner because the girl at night shift seemed to be least interested in customer service, i ordered veg delight and she gave me little portion of it and charged full price. When I asked her how can you charge that price for that little portion than she added little more but mostly lettuce . I am Canadian truck driver and i travelled to all over USA i have good experience of subway in USA but here seems to be a different case. She should learn some courtesy.

I normally like Subway. However, there was a large sign advertising 8.99 for a 6 inch meal deal that included a drink and side item. Our total came to 13.00 each as we ordered two. The person working there said there was no way to ring up a meal and he had to charge us for each individual item. The corporate Subway was of no help!

The guy told smashed avocado is extra which is normal but added such a small amount that it looked like a bird’s dropping. When i asked if he could add a little bit more he charged me for double avocado which took me by surprise.Tldr: i ended up spending double for a miniscule amount of avocado.

Was not impressed. Food was really overpriced, the bread and veggies were not fresh, and when I paid by credit card, the cashier working decided she had earned a tip and reached across from the register to the credit card machine and gave herself a 20% tip.I was in a hurry and didn't want to waste time reversing a $2.00 tip nor do I want to waste time disputing a $2.00 charge with my credit card company. I'm all for tipping and would have tipped her, but she should not be reaching across and giving herself a tip. She was lightening fast doing that too, definitely not the first time she has done that.Between this place being so low quality and the Starbucks no longer being in the Oasis, I will be finding another pit stop on I-90 before I reach Chicago. This used to be my go to stop before I hit Chicago, it will be no longer.
