Workers lied to me I was told that to get a Doordash you have to go inside no matter what, but I come tonight at around 12:30 and the doors are locked and then because of that there was a humongous line in the Drive-Thru because people went by me because of workers lying, we got money to make we can't sit here forever really agitating...
Why does door dash have to go inside... Its to hard to hamd off a order throw a window??? crazy...
Ordered 3 Mexican pizzas, had to throw them in the garbage! They had the taste of old oil. Terrible! Last time we will eat there!

18.50 for 2 items and a drink is wild business. Makes sense if you’re out some where. But “ fast food” , no wonder people are choosing other places or taking food to work. Zero reason Taco Bell’s 4 dollar to make food should be 18.56 for 1 person. And it was a quesadilla and meat and cheese taco. Just wild.

The food was so so
The cs was terrible ordered no sour cream on tacos they made it with sour creame went back and then they took everything off except meat and cheese. No one listens anymore.

The employees close the restaurant early. I wonder if the owners know? I got there 20 minutes before closing and the lady said “we were slow so we decided to close.

My family and I recently visited this Taco Bell in belvidere Illinois. Now before I go any further yes I know this is fast food, yes I also know not to expect much but there’s still a standard to uphold least I thought. So upon entering the establishment we were not greeted by or acknowledged by a worker but by a sign that said please use kiosk. There were two kiosks 1 of them was “currently unavailable” the other was malfunctioning and we found it hard to use. I tried to stand at the counter and was not acknowledged by any of the workers. My wife finally was able to submit our order of 4 luxe boxes and we went to sit down. When we got to our table we noticed that the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was not good. Tables were dirty, floor was not clean, and counters were not wiped down. As we waited conversations could be heard from the kitchen of which were not very appropriate. In the twenty minutes we waited to get our food we watched three different people try to come in and order at the kiosk get frustrated then stand at the counter and then just walk out. There were four cars that went through the drive thru also. This is just sad. Once we got our food 20 minutes later none of the boxes were labeled and we spent the rest of our meal playing burrito roulette. I am highly disappointed by the fact that Taco Bell has declined to give the customer any human interaction and has turned to computers. I am also concerned about the lack of service on cleaning the lobby. Overall this location deserves a surprise visit from a district manager. Shame on you Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell doesn't even deserve 1 star. I've worked at a few taco bells, and something is wrong at this location. The employees are rude, clearly miserable. And management is also rude, and no help. Your order will be wrong every time and they wont do anything about. Dont waste your time or money. If you want taco bell, go to the one by Walmart!

Location messed up my order two times in a row, the manager and I spoke on the phone and was told the next order was payed for by taco bell. When I went back to get my free order they refused the oder and told me they had no recollection of talking to me even tho I had my recipts and phone records of the conversation. Will not be going back and will definitely be contacting corporate office

Slowest taco bell I've ever been to. If someone's order isn't ready in the drive thru have them PULL UP. Spent 20 minutes waiting in line for them to fill 2 orders ahead of me in the drive thru and they took so long my entire lunch break was wasted. 0/10, do better.

This is probably the worst Taco Bell in the United States. If you’re looking for old/stale food and horrible service, look no further. Absolutely pathetic.
