Ok here we go again! Why have a credit card reader that your employees can’t operate? We were asked three times for the credit card information and after the delivery was made the guy insisted that he needed cash. Wth 🤷🏼♂️ is wrong with people nowadays hiring kids to play on the phone while customers are trying to order food. First it was super slow now we have to pay double this is definitely the worst place for Fast Food lmao 😂 we even called back to speak with the manager but the delivery guy had already called him but of course our food was getting cold sitting in the car waiting. At the end of the meal both me and my wife both agreed that this would be our last meal here with us and our family

This place is ridiculous. They get my order wrong 80% of the time. Order a plain hot dog. Get home and it has everything on it. I didn't think I had to check my order for something so simple. They really need to get their stuff together there..

I love Tom and Jerrys but, the last couple months its been one problem after another. I have been going to them for years. My son had a long hair in his chicago dog and the buns were mushy....2 weeks before that I had an italian beef with a long hair in it. They did fix my issue however, the quality of the food is different each time you go as well. The beefs used to have fantastic au ju with spices and more oil like base to it... Now it looks like brown water, and bad tasting. I dont know what has happened but it seems the same effort is not being put into the food prepping and who wants to eat and find hair in your food? I know several of the folks who work there have long hair. When I worked with food we always had to have our hair tied up for that very reason.... I hope this changes back for the better sometime soon.....

Dont use the drive thru... They take forever.... I waited about 20mins just for fries and a wrap. The food isnt what it used to be... the wrap is less than half the size and the quality of the food isnt the same. I wont be going here again. very disappointed.

Been here twice. Each time they leave something out. Looking at the ticket/receipt I think the owner should upgrade. Really confusing for your staff who seems confused enough. (The oldest member of your kitchen staff started whistling a happy tune when we had to return to get our complete order.) Thanks for cleaning up my mess. By the way my stomach was upset for two days. Your place sucks.
I waited for 15 minutes through drive through on a Saturday night. 6:30 p.m I pay for burnt onion rings good thing I like burnt crunchy onions. I have not had good service on weekends. Maybe have manager on premise?

Boss & I got Chicago dogs, cream of chicken & rice soup, fries, and mozzarella sticks and everything was DELICIOUS ! 10/10! on top everything else we have had, this Tom & Jerry’s will always be one of our favorite lunch spots!

The burgers are like what you would get if you ordered a burger at a Chinese restaurant. A pre made frozen patty that has that taste to it. The home fries are the excellent and reason I didn't give it 1 star. I haven't tried anything else i so try something different and revise post. 2xs I tried burger. 2nd time reminded me why I don't go there. Very slow at drive thru. I've never been inside, so I can't speak about the atmosphere.
