A few employees have mistreated me, my mom and my brother multiple times. From one woman yelling at my brother who's is "special'. To totally manipulating one of their own employees to not talking to my mom. The Said employee is special too. Her and my mom knows each other from a family friend. This place has got to have the worst employees imaginable. I don't expect five star service from a place like Walmart. But manipulating and totally mistreating their own customers. This place is a huge dumpster fire. The fact that this has happened so many times without repercussions is unbelievable. They then expect you to give them 5 Stars. They constantly ask give us five Stars because this place is a low star establishment. No kidding after what I explained no wonder this place is low.

I come to this Walmart all the time with my fiancé because I like it better than the Rockford location. It's cleaner and selection is better, but unfortunately I don't believe I will be returning here. On the way out today my fiancé and I were asked to show our receipt to make sure we paid for everything? It was completely unnecessary and offensive. We didn't bag certain items like iced tea and a big case of water obviously and the person at the door rescanned them to verify. All we had was food and drinks and some other snacks. I don't know what they thought we were stealing but as paying customers we don't ever want to return.

Needed tires. Called them to verify cost out the door for the size I needed. Told them I would have someone bring the car around in the morning. I received a text from the person dropping off my car that the price was much higher than what I was quoted so I had them put one of the service people on the phone and I was told the inventory of the tires I wanted what's wrong and the only tire that they had in my size what's going to be $35 more per tire I asked why they didn't tell that to the person dropping off my car and I was basically told well that's the only Tire they have so that's the only price they have also told me that if I wanted the tire I originally called about I could just call around to all the Walmarts and see if they had it. I was under some time constraints to get this done so i decided to get the more expensive Tire then I was given a new price for the tires including everything out the door when my friend got done paying for the tires it was $46 more and what I was quoted I come to find out there's a lot of charges that they work into what they call their lifetime tire rotation charge when I didn't like was when I asked for a price out the door I meant to get out of your place what will it cost me and I was misquoted either the place is very badly run or there's a bunch of crooks there

I came here to get an oil change right when they opened at 8 am. I was the second person in line and it took them an hour and a half. The first person was out in 30 minutes. I literally watched them do nothing for like 30 minutes and a 10 minutes oil change took another 30 minutes. I don't see how this is possible when they weren't busy and I was the 2nd person in line. Ridiculous!!!!

Slowest employee at checkout. Had to enough time to write a review while she was taking her sweet time scanning. It really takes her 1 minute to scan 5 ITEMS smh. Even though she looked like she was in her 60's the old lady next to her could go faster.

Now WalMart has some good quality stuff for cheap and I couldn't be happier. The only thing I would change is product location. For example, maybe don't put bug spray, mouse traps, and fly tape in the grocery department...
