Im not sure if they are trying to cut cost, but this is a franchise and the food should be similar to other locations. How do you not put ABSOLUTELY ZERO seasoning on the fries? The fries are a staple at Wing Stop just because of the seasoning on the fries.

Food was fresh, cashier customer service was excellent. 15 min wait after you order, I’m fine with that food was fresh and hot.

Update: Night shift crew on 10/2 is horrible. The two ladies that worked didn’t give great service unless you were a boy laughing in they face. The guy that was there I’m not sure if he had just came back from break, no issues with him.
But I can’t seem to understand if my order asked for WELL DONE wings why wouldn’t you do what the screen says instead of doing what you want to people order. Food is too expensive to mess up. I was always hype to come here. Not anymore
My suggestion if you don’t come on first somewhat second shift your food would not be made correctly.
I wasted money tonight and it’s very disappointing.

First off , they are judgmental at this location.. 2nd my order was a walk so I was paying on the inside , and their card reader wasn’t working so they tried to say I didn’t have money on my card instead of them switching me to another register , so I order online just to prove them wrong that I had money on my card and that their particular cash register was not working . More over , the Arab lady who was fixing my celery sticks did not have any gloves on , i was sitting there watching . And also my wings were over cooked , with that being said it just seems like they don’t know how to do nothing right at this location bad bad bad !!!

Tried this place for the first and last time. The service was fine, the wait was long the order was accurate... but right after I ate it I got stomach churn, and a little later the awful bathroom visits started. This was all I ate today, nothing else caused it. The wings tasted good, so I think the place or servers keep a dirty kitchen. Avoid unless you like spending the night on the toilet.

It’s inside a new and modern gas stop with clean bathrooms and gas outside and even a casino. They also have smoothie king and Jimmie Johns and the gas station store has a lot of stuff and snacks and food too. Drinks and slushies and coffee ofc. This has plenty and free parking and it’s a very nice place to get wings.

This location takes the receipts off of the order when they hand it to you. You cannot report any missing items or mess ups without the receipt number

I never go out my way to write a negative review because it isn’t worth my time. But this time, I’m going to make sure people of fully aware of the horrible service that This wingstop location provided. We revived the wrong order. We contacted the driver in hopes we could get order. They that said that the store had the wrong order given to them. We called the store to correct our order especially because it was a bigger order. And one of the employees said that the order was cancelled. They requested that we drive back the wrong order and they would redo our order. We said we could not because this was delivered to our home for our kids (older kids) who can not drive and we’re not home. We said we could provide pictures of the wrong order but if our order was canceled why wouldn’t we receive a refund. At the end we had to fight tooth and nail for them to make it right and return our money.

Driver left the food at the door without ever attempting contact. Food was cold by the time I figured to check. Ripped off my receipt as well
