Been here 2x and both times I've had issues with getting my French Fries. The first time I didn't get them at all, and by the time I got to my destination, it was too late to do anything about it. I gave them another chance today, and they almost forgot the fries, but I didn't pull away until I got them. The French Fries I paid for, were a medium. What I ended up with, was LESS than what I've ever seen in a kids meal from any place that offers one. For what customers are paying for today, they are paying more and getting less - more so screwed. There won't be a 3rd chance to screw me again. Won't be coming back here. It's no wonder Burker Kings have been struggling for business and closing up.

Twice they gave the delivery driver only half of what I ordered. I called and spoke to someone who said they were a manager named Fernando, and he blamed the delivery driver instead of taking responsibility for his lazy staff. He doesn’t even know that the BK app has a delivery option and even tried to argue with me about it when it’s so easy to verify, yet HE’s “supposed” to be a manager. This place is ghetto. Stay away.
