Cilantro Taco Grill - Bensenville

Paid over $90 and received seven tacos wrong from the charola really disappointing. The asada was very dry, the carnitas were dry and the cebollitas weren’t fully cooked, like biting into a raw onion. For that price, it’s unacceptable to have so many mistakes.

We didn’t get any of the birria tacos, no tripa and the relleno was missing too. If items were unavailable, that should have been communicated instead of replacing them with random dry meat. There’s no way that was carnitas it was pale, flavorless and extremely dry.

Order two burritos one chorizo for my girlfriend and one steak for myself. Her food was “okay” and when I went eat mine it was dripping with sour cream and was 80% lettuce 10% cheese 5% tomatoes 3% sour cream 2% gross steak and to make it better we called about it and lady on the phone just hung up on us.

they send a guy in a suv saying im on camera and they are calling the cops, I did nothing wrong after they let me sleep there overnight in my car. I live in my car, slept here after hours around 9/10 pm arrive wake up 7 am, every day I'm up 6 or 7 am they harrass homeless people this was uncalled for and they are not with the Lord

Service at this place is ridiculously horrible. Their hours of operation listed on google say they close at 10pm, I called at 8:45pm on a Monday to place an order for pick up and they hung up on me telling they were closed. I called a second time and asked about closing time being advertised at 10pm and the lady pretended she couldn’t hear me and hung up on me again. This is not the first time something like this happens, we’ve dined there and they will start mopping the floors with strong cleaning products way before closing time even if you’re sitting there having dinner. I’m happy to spend my money elsewhere with decent service and better food. Such a shame, we were excited about having a Cilantro’s near by, but it’s been been nothing but disappointments.

The tacos are good just don't ask for tripas because they are so salty. I even told the staff but still don't care. I went for the second time and I asked for the same thing. But the triypes tacos are still so salty.
