Staff is rude and openly charging wrong prices. The charging for a Sunday when you just don't want to cone. And if you want to add sprinkles they charge you for a dipped cone.

Been going for long time. I would get a large swirl cone. This time they cut the ice cream almost in half and raised the price. Not worth it. No consistency anymore. When I questioned the size of the ice cream he said that is the size they did. Been going there for over 12 years. Just disappointed 😔.

One star because our blizzards were not cold enough. They did not even flip the cup as you could tell the ice cream was very soft. Counter guy was a nice person but the product did not match the quality of other DQ locations.

Every time I come to this location there is always this Latina female with the most ugliest attitude, you can see it in her face not wanting to be there. She looks at you like as if you’re bothering her. She has no enthusiasm for what she is doing smh. 1/8/24 I went and there was a supervisor overlooking her and for the first time I got a “have a goodnight!” But you can see it in her face that girl was struggling to have a smile/be nice and show enthusiasm all at the same ?♀️. I come because maybe I might catch her on a good day, or maybe a different employee, I mean we’re all entitled to a bad day right?! But this young lady looks like she’s just hating life when I drive up to the window. She’s kinda starting to put me in a bad mood when I drive up and see her distasteful face EVERYTIME I come. Maybe it’s time I try a different location.

I always like going here there’s always a good amount of staff helping different people and they get my order correct, I like getting the Takis and Cheetos with cheese and the elote in a cup!

Terrible service on behalf of the manager at this location. High sprung, unprofessional and should not hold a manager position. Brought my children to get ice-cream and ordered 2 large! Dipped cones and received 2 small cones. I asked why they're so small and was told they're a large. I asked the manager and the girl walked up to him turned around and said, the manager said they're a large and we can't give you more ice-cream sorry. I said Ma'am, I asked to speak with the manager please tell him to come talk to me. He opens the drive-thru window and I quote " Those are large cones, but give me them I'll add more if you want!". After a very brief and unprofessional interaction I declined additional service and left this location. I apologized to my 2 kids that I haven't seen in 2 years and promised to visit a different location. Manager is a male roughly 5'8 140 pounds with glasses. He 100% needs to be removed from his position and reprimanded for his actions. ?? ?

Horrible! Gentleman that works there redeemed my coupons and didn’t apply them to my order! Thief. Be sure to ask for a receipt before your the next one.
