Every time I come to this location there is always this Latina female with the most ugliest attitude, you can see it in her face not wanting to be there. She looks at you like as if you’re bothering her. She has no enthusiasm for what she is doing smh. 1/8/24 I went and there was a supervisor overlooking her and for the first time I got a “have a goodnight!” But you can see it in her face that girl was struggling to have a smile/be nice and show enthusiasm all at the same ?♀️. I come because maybe I might catch her on a good day, or maybe a different employee, I mean we’re all entitled to a bad day right?! But this young lady looks like she’s just hating life when I drive up to the window. She’s kinda starting to put me in a bad mood when I drive up and see her distasteful face EVERYTIME I come. Maybe it’s time I try a different location.

This was unlike any Dairy Queen I've been to. Definitely not up to par. Ice cream lacked taste and texture hard to explain like watered down or something and was already melting...my son said the cone tasted weird also. Will never go back to this one!

They won't flip the blizzards.. asked the manager and he said oh we don't do that here.. should of rejected the half soupy one they gave me. That was a year ago.. still the same today.

This is such a professional place! Extremely clean and everyone had a huge smile on their face. My wife and I pass a couple other ones to come to this one because of how friendly they are. The owner even came from the back to say hello! Would recommend to all my friends and family to go here!

Terrible service on behalf of the manager at this location. High sprung, unprofessional and should not hold a manager position. Brought my children to get ice-cream and ordered 2 large! Dipped cones and received 2 small cones. I asked why they're so small and was told they're a large. I asked the manager and the girl walked up to him turned around and said, the manager said they're a large and we can't give you more ice-cream sorry. I said Ma'am, I asked to speak with the manager please tell him to come talk to me. He opens the drive-thru window and I quote " Those are large cones, but give me them I'll add more if you want!". After a very brief and unprofessional interaction I declined additional service and left this location. I apologized to my 2 kids that I haven't seen in 2 years and promised to visit a different location. Manager is a male roughly 5'8 140 pounds with glasses. He 100% needs to be removed from his position and reprimanded for his actions. ?? ?

Oh my gosh!! food at Bensenville Dairy Queen is aweful!! I ask for a chili dog; was on STALE bread-- no kidding-- stale, hard, rubbery bread and the chili was some burnt chorizo with who knows what meat.
The girls working at this location are amazing. Very polite. Good service. Good atmosphere. Thank you very much
