One of our favorite restaurants. I can eat here every two weeks and not get tired of it đ
My family has been coming for over a decade and they never disappoint. I would say the consistency is over 90%, which is great for us. The staff knows us at the âCoke Zeroâ family đ
From the staff, ambiance, food, and service, this place is excellent. Weâve even hosted parties here and theyâre very accommodating. Our last event had 27 guests and they were great at taking care of everyone!
Best entrees would be chicken fajitas or Enchilada Mexicanas!
If youâre still reading my review and never tried this place, stop wasting more time and go check it for yourselves!

This place is a hidden gem within Bensenville. The chicken nachos are always terrific, and the atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Service 10 out of 10.

I ordered the steak burrito grande, it had way too much cheese and the taste was just okay. They also didn't give me any plastic silverware for my to-go order. The chips are really good though. It didn't feel like a lot of food for $21.

Every dish here was packed with authentic flavor that truly impressed us. The Mexicana enchiladas surprised us with bold taste in every bite, and the jumbo chicken quesadillas were just as satisfyingârich, well seasoned, and deeply delicious. This restaurant delivers consistently flavorful Mexican food that leaves you wanting to come back again.

Placed a to go order. When I first walked in the waiter just stared at me. Finally he said someone would come take my order in a minute. Didnât offer a menu or anything to even look at. I asked for Queso Blanco (Cheese Dip) and when I got back home it was rock solid and yellow. 5 minutes from restaurant to hotel. It wasnât even edible. Biggest waste of $16 ever. The enchiladas were also cold. Terrible service, terrible food.

I am from Chicago but haven't lived there in10 years. My husband and I were planning a visit, and looking for a venue to host a gathering for 30-40 friends and family. Most places in Chicago have insane spending minimums that make an intimate event unnecessarily extravagant. We are not celebrities, nor are we pretending to be.
I remembered that when I used to work in Elmhurst, I would eat at De Campana, so I reached out to them. Peter, the manager, answered the phone and was so helpful. He was so incredibly easy to work with - nothing was overcomplicated, and he was extremely responsive and flexible.
I used Canva to create a Dia de los Muertos themed invitation and menu our guests could access via QR code. The day of our event, they had a side room of the restaurant designated for our group. Martin was our server and he literally took care of our entire party with one other gentleman helping him bring and clear items. Peter had even printed our custom menu so Martin would know exactly what dishes our guests could choose.
We were able to bring in a caramel cake from a local bakery and I also brought in a vegan and gluten-free dessert from Whole Foods for a friend who has dietary restrictions. I was able to give the desserts to Martin and he kept everything cold until we were ready, and provided everything we would need to serve them and pack up the leftovers.
Our guests all raved about how amazing the food was! From echiladas to burritos to the chimichanga, it all was delicous! We were able to provide an AMAZING luncheon for 30 guests for a grand total of just under $1000!!!
For me, the best part was how easy Peter made the process, particularly since I don't live in Chicago and was planning this event from another state, while simultaneously planning our personal move.
De Campana still has the same wonderful food and service I remember from my days of working nearby and dining with them on a near weekly basis.
Thank you to Peter, Martin, and the entire De Campana team for making this a truly wonderful event for us!
Muchisimas gracias!!!

I give it a five star. We have been here 3 times and our first visit and our last visit was with the same waiter. I didnât get his name, but he was amazing. The food is always a hit. Thank you for all you do.

Walked in to the bar and no bartender present. Went to the other side and ordered mezcal margarita and it tasted like they gave me a glass of margarita mix. Just terrible.

I felt like family here. Met the son of the parents that opened the restaurant in 1981. He has since taken the reigns & the way he helped my dad (who uses a walker) to the restroom was just genuine & meant the world when others go out of their way to help. Everyone else was also super sweet.
Lunch Steak Enchiladas with Mole topped with a Salad was the perfect portion. Delish too!!! Margaritas were fresh. Fried Ice Cream was the perfect ending.
We will be back for sure. A hidden diamond.
