I visited this location a month ago. Ordered the $6 meal. Everything was cold including my coffee. Has towns were burnt. I called immediately after I left and nobody answered the phone. Horrible food.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can’t say enough about how wonderful the customer service is at this Dunkin’! I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes a long way. It’s not just about coffee here—it’s about community, and that’s exactly what he brings. Thank you for making every visit such a positive experience!

Greatest customer service I have seen in a long time. Everyone there works as a team and know what the priorities are. Everyone is pleasant and you always are greeted with a smile. In today's retail market, it is hard to find good people and honest customer service ... well this DD has it all! Stop in and see for yourself.

The worst customer service experience by Bhagyesh. I walked in this time expecting better service than the drive thru and was extremely disappointed. I walked in and Bhag was talking to another man in the native language that didn't look like a customer so I patiently waited until they were done. There was silence for about 30 seconds without Bhag saying can I help you, just waiting for me to speak up and ask if she's ready to assist me. I ordered several food items from the menu and a med. Vanilla iced coffee with cream & liquid sugar. I paid her exact change with a $100 bill, she gives me less change than what I had given her, I reminded her of the amount that was given and she said okay & proceeded to give me the exact amount. She makes the iced coffee not the way I asked and proceeds to make another one. No apologies or acknowledging her MANY mix ups. I even sarcastically told her what is going on Honey, get it together! And she embarrassingly laughed and shy'd away. The lack of customer service from her was very annoying, inconvenient and inconsiderate. This is not the first time she's acted that way and the older gentleman who seems like the manager or owner from the drive thru has had several encounters the same way.
