Every time I go hot this location something gets screwed up and I’m done. Today we ordered six donuts so that they put them in a box instead of a bag where they get smashed and frosting all over. Today they thought a bag would be best and literally smashed the donuts together and down to fit in the bag. Will not be going back. I no longer have patience to deal with rude employees that mess up my order every time.

honestly, there was no need for the attitude at the drive-thru I ordered a medium hot caramel oat milk and liquid sugar. I get to the drive-thru and the guy hands me an iced coffee. I explained to him and he tells them the other worker next to him. She ordered a hot coffee now and I know what I said because I never order iced coffee unless it's decaf for my boyfriend and he was not there like if such attitude is ridiculous. There was no need for the attitude.. today is July 10th and I went in and I ordered a medium hot caramel with oat milk and liquid sugar and they gave me an ice with oat milk and liquid sugar and then I ordered a sandwich with no cheese, not a sandwich with blue cheese. They exchanged my hot coffee but still did not get the caramel like I don't understand

Love this D&D... the owner is amazing. He gets to know his regulars by name, and the other employees are great... When there is an error... if ever, they never question... they fix it and give you something extra for your troubles!!
