I can’t say enough about how wonderful the customer service is at this Dunkin’! I’m not sure if the gentleman who is usually at the drive-thru window is the manager or the owner, but he is absolutely phenomenal. He goes above and beyond every time, and what means the most to me is how kind and patient he is with my dog, who can be reactive and protective. That level of kindness and understanding is rare to find these days, and it truly goes...

Greatest customer service I have seen in a long time. Everyone there works as a team and know what the priorities are. Everyone is pleasant and you always are greeted with a smile. In today's retail market, it is hard to find good people and honest customer service ... well this DD has it all! Stop in and see for yourself.
