Do not stop at this place people here cannot even warm an apple pie. This morning I stop for coffee and an apple pie. They gave me a burnt apple pie and when I went to return it they were rude.

The lady who attend me didnāt provide me my order correct and she didnāt gave a receipt I tried contacting them back to Inform them but they never responded and I was unable to go back due to working earlier.

I went in to buy a box of coffee. It used to be a "box of joe" for a price of $10 for a box that served 20 cups. But now they have a box to serve 10 cups for now cost is double, $24.99 for less coffee. Before covid, Donuts were $3.50 and dozen and now they charge $16.00 for a dozen.

I ordered extra large hot chocolate I got about little over half a cup filled with hot chocolate donuts are usually a day-old not fresh this ant the first time but DEFINITELY THE LAST!!!

Been coming every single day this week, i canāt get over how good they make my Hot coffee.Itās been a lifesaver since my move and all my coffee stuff has been in storage.

Just picked up dozen donuts through drive thru. Grab it and pay it. Didnāt open it because I was expected that all donuts are mixed up. They never mentioned about they are out of all of other flavors( except chocolate). They were 8 chocolate donuts, 2 disgusting plain ones, 2 strawberry sprinkles on it. Just got home and saw them (disappointed). Called them; their manager spoke with me so rudely and said bring them back and get refund. I said āno, it is far, I cannot go there and told them you should mention or let me know that there were NOT other flavored donuts!!!! I wouldnāt order these disgusting chocolate ones. In the end, they cannot issue my refund due to they use OLD payment SYSTEM - they cannot refund my money back. Never experienced this much unpleasant order with DUNKIN DONUTS.

Went in just before 11:30 am on a weekday to grab a half dozen donuts. They were out of just about everything. Woman was annoyed with me that they didnāt have the donuts I, the customer, came in for! Got them back to my family only to find out they were stale. Not like half day old stale but like 2 day old stale. Frosting literally crumbled off. Extremely disappointed, they ought to give me a refund. Will not be back to this location and suggest you steer clear.
