No online ordering, no online menu, cash only, and the phone is busy so you can’t even call to order. It’s 2025 please get out of the Stone Age!

Closed early. I finally went out of my way to go here, closed an hour early. Cool. Next time I’ll just remind myself that coming here is a waste of time. I don’t remember liking it last time. I remember everyone being disappointed.

Food (hot dog was good), however I asked to use the bathroom and felt like I was being monitored all while I was on the premises. Guy was standing by the door when I came out of the bathroom. Also, was told that they don’t take credit cards as a form of payment. You probably should because it would be convenient for the customer. In any event…I won’t be back.

I’ve been going here my whole life whenever my family wants lunch and have great memories enjoying their food but man they are just bad. It’s a shame because this is a Chicago favorite and the customer service wasn’t so awful. The hotdog is ok but now they put their pizza puff in the microwave. 2 hot dogs and 2 pizza puffs w one drink runs you $27. That’s crazy for the quality.. you would think they could have some class and respect taking care of customers who have been supporting the establishment for over 15-20 years. This is the dump of Wood Dale/ Bensenville for eatery in my opinion nowadays and will not spend MY hard earned dollar to be treated like garbage and to have it microwaved when I can do that at home… good bye Gina’s! 🗑️🚮
