Karen she is. Very unprofessional. Disrespectful. I ordered a #7. Her son mess up the shake. Which mother remade. Mother start criticizing her son n front of customers. I told her it’s just a minor mistake that’s being corrected. Then mother start talking down on me told me she not giving me my refund of $17.87. Y I ask for refund due to how she was talkin to me. Made me uncomfortable. I was denied refund. I call police. Check facebook. Earnest Field. She tried to knock my phone out my hand. Very unprofessional. 8-13-25

Very aggressive rude behavior and attitude

Haven’t been here in forever had a craving for a gyro. I came in a little before 6pm on a Tuesday, they close at 7. Asked for a Gyro. The young man who was wearing a “Kronos” shirt said they ran out? :/ How does a restaurant serving greek food run out of gyro’s? Really I said? That’s all I wanted so I left. Guess it will be a while before I return.

I have been going here since 28 years and the new owners are one of the worst people I have EVER ment in my life the lady/owner I think she is racist because we are hispanics and we ordered 3 drinks to share and then she said we couldn't re-fill the sodas and then she ONLY said that to us and NO ONE ELSE and then there we 2 guys that came and and re-fill 3 TIMES and she said NOT A SINGLE WORD TO THEM WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY WHOLE LIFE I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

I feel bad for the people that work at this establishment that have to put up with the owner. I remember coming here as a kid and it was a nice place. I’ve heard that the owner likes to yell at her employees like she’s Mary from the tv show Cake Boss on TLC. Never coming here again. Don’t waste your time. It’s over priced and at that point you might as well go to a Chicago staple Portillo’s.

I HAVE CALLED 2 MONTHS AGO AND THEY STILL DONT HAVE TEXAS BBQ RIBS.

I called over the phone to place my order and a lady answered very rude. After placing my order, she asked if I wanted to add anything else and I said let me think, and she said don't call unless I know my order. I get to the restaurant and there's 0 people inside. Service horrible, food is semit ok, but overpriced. Never ordering from here again. Lost my business.

I don't know what's up with this place. I have driven there twice when they were supposed to be open, and they were closed ??? Thank you for your response. Good luck. I enjoyed the steak sandwich in the past and hope to again.

Food is decent service as well. I used to come as a kid and remember the food was way better. I ordered a cheeseburger and rather have gone next door to BK or McDonald's tbh. Parents ordered ribs and arrived cold. Two orders for 3 people at $50!!! Not worth it.

They treat us like family! Lots of selections, great tasting food, and fun service! Hope everyone is ok and they open again soon! We miss them!
