I did a large order and checked the sandwiches before I left. Out of the 11, two were missing. I caught one because it was my own but missed the other missing one until I got back to my school. I avoided delivery for this exact reason as this was the second time I've had an issue with ordering from here. Please do a better job of triple checking the orders.

I ordered an Uber eats for pickup arrived at 705 to pickup and it was closed, even though their closing time is 8 on the app. Later they told Uber eats I picked up at 830pm. Not only is this owner not complying but also lying.

I tried to come in 45 minutes after opening. Again 45 minutes after opening. And the doors were locked. I was on my lunch break. I only had 30 minutes to get in get out get back to work and eat at my desk. I was confused on why the doors were locked. It was Saturday. Openings 10:30am. I’m there 11:15am. I called inside to see if maybe they were going to be opening soon as I can see people working inside. Person that picked up the phone asked how he could help i asked are y'all opening anytime soon? He said the bread isn’t ready well open when we open. Again I told him hey I’m just on my lunch break only have less than 30 minutes at this point. Do you know when that will be? His response was when we open what you want me to make you an air sandwich? We went back and forth asking over and over how long it’ll take for about a minute with the same well open when we open breads not ready unless you want an air sandwich. Asked for his name wouldn’t give me it said he was the shift manger and refused to give his name. Wasted my lunch and left and went somewhere else to barley make it on time to work without any trouble. This Jimmy John’s has three stars for a reason. And no matter what you say automatic person responding to everyone about oh go here and tell them about your experience. It DOESN'T MATTER if the owner himself is allowing his shift manager/supervisors speak to people like this just because they want to get food. Nothings going to changes I don’t want your free sandwich your planing on giving me unless it’s at a completely diffrent far away Jimmy John’s or it’s a gift card I can use anywhere else but there. I think what truly happened is they didn’t have nothing ready and were opening up late and rather say sorry we’re short staff and we don’t have a timetable on when we’ll open and have everything ready to rock and roll he instead caught a attitude and basically told me to F off without actually saying it.

It’s been over an hour from when my order was supposed to be delivered and it hasn’t been. My app has no update on it, just gives me the option to reorder. I have called multiple times with no one picking up. I should’ve read the other reviews for this location before ordering. How are they going to take my money so quickly but not give me my order or any update on it???? I will be disputing the charge.

Had this jimmy John’s before like 1.5 years ago. They cater my old rotc program at Wheaton and the sandwich’s are always bussin. Their roast beef sandwich always hits the spot…especially for a protein addict like me
I had a chicken balsamic pesto sandwich. It was super good. Service was excellent

Kid-friendliness: By far the most energetic Jimmy John's I've been at. Very clean and the staff are professional and friendly. The GM of this Bensenville location has this Jimmy John's running in perfect order. I would recommend to stopping at Jimmy John's in Bensenville,IL

It's rare to find hard workers lately. But this place has it all. Plus it helps that their bread is always super fresh.
Why is the Bensenville location on Irving constantly closed during its posted hours of operation? Why doesn't the corporate offices do anything about these franchise owners not following the rules?
