Two shipments and four dead lobsters. Not looking for a third, just a refund. It was supposed to be Christmas dinner and a gift for me. Ordered three weeks in advance. The first order showed up two days after Christmas. The replacement order was faster but still had dead lobsters. This was my first time trying to get live lobsters sent and probably my last. The grocery store has them alive.

Got Lobstergram as a gift and it was an amazing experience! Best dinner I've had all year and their customer support is the bomb - they have some excellent instructional videos and phone line to show me how to cook and eat live lobster (I had no idea how to do it before I got the delivery). Whether you're looking for a gift or a nice dinner for yourself, I'd recommend Lobstergram to you.

We received a gift card for Lobster Gram and we used it for a special occasion. It was definitely not worth the cost the cost (event with a gift card). We have bought store lobsters before (from the Midwest) and enjoyed those better. We also did not feel like the Fillets were prime cuts when we got them. Worst of all was the fact that they sent us a partially wrong order, we contacted Lobster Gram customer service (twice) and got no response (8 days later). I'd recommend shopping locally, there is nothing special about a Lobster Gram.
