The manager gave me a hard time over mixing smoothies but the crew members never had a problem with doing so before. The manager’s customer service was also horrible.

Standing here for 10min no exaggerating no one acknowledged me or came to the counter lady walks from the back to come around the counter and back and still didn’t say anything. They prioritize drive thru more than anything. I was the only one at the counter for almost 20min before I left. Great service wouldn’t recommend
Have yet to come here and NOT have something missing, yet again lunch time come grab food, missing items. It wasnt even busy which is the wild part.

I just pulled up to order at the drive-thru. No, response 5 to 10 seconds later. Someone pulled up in the other drive-thru Lane and they started taking their order. I immediately left because I refuse to be behind someone that was behind me. Why don't you answer the drive-through for the first person that drives through? Your double drive-thru Lane is the stupidest thing ever. That is not the first problem I've had with that McDonald's. if you’re going to have this ridiculous drive-through lane, you need to put obstacles in to force people not to be able to go around to the outside drive-through lane.The next person in line should be the one that gets to order next it shouldn’t just be luck of the draw.
