Ashley is awful to deal with. She has no professionalism or customer service training and it shows. I’ve seen her and other cashiers here lie, disrespect customers, rip people off many times. A business is only as good as the people it hires, common sense. Yeah, the prices are okay especially with a speedway card but it’s not worth the attitude of the employees when there’s so many other small businesses in Bensenville you can give your money to.

Of all gas stations I've been to, this is among the better ones. Clean, friendly employees (nights), and well-stocked. A few of the issues I have are with the bathrooms being poorly kept and not frequently checked/cleaned. Also, windshield fluid stations at the pumps are often loaded with garbage and stinky brown liquid, due to garbage bins not being emptied often enough. Other than that, I can't really complain.

Filled up with a a full tank of diesel.... turns out it had gas in it and it blew the motor in my truck. They are telling me that there was no gas in the diesel found when testing. So they are saying well I was on the way home someone magically stopped at a light and dumped gas in my truck. Screw you speedway.

Ashley is the absolute worst. Terrible attitude. Selective to what customers she treats well and which ones she doesn’t. And don’t bother complaining to her about something her staff does during her shift because she will vehemently defend them. She’s told other customers in front of me that they’re banned from the store for no other reason than questioning her authority. She even told me she didn’t know the corporate number when I wanted to make a complaint. Really? You’re an assistant manager and you don’t have corporate information? This place is a dump since they started leaving her in charge.

Speedway off Irving Park in bensville has the best all-star hardest worker named (Zy) he showed compassion took the time to help me listen to me and find a solution quickly. Good people at speedway zy has a good heart , very helpful friendly customer service was going out of his way for a stranger and helping me. Thank you again zy from the bottom of my heart

Of all the gas stations in Bensenville I choose speedway out of convenience. But Tuesday afternoon, I witnessed a customer be berated. There was a girl working at the left cash register and was telling the other employee not to ring up the customer. In doing so, she referred (with a smile on her face as she knew what she was doing) purposely tried to misgender that customer. Her exact words were “don’t ring him or her or it up..” obviously referring to the customers gender. Then she went on to keep the yelling at the customer while the rest of us waited in line. My daughter is trans. One of my best friends are lesbian. I have several lgbtq friends and family members. Trying to humiliate a customer you’re having a problem with by loudly misgendering them more than once in front of everyone is not only UNPROFESSIONAL but you can also be sued for discrimination. I let that customer know in the parking lot that if they do decide to make this a legal issue, I was willing to be a witness. Y’all really need to start screening these employees. I know it’s hard to find help nowadays but the solution isn’t to just hire any mouthy hag off the street.
