If I could give this place a -10 I would I’m in the middle of playing and the older woman who is overseeing the facility walks up to my machine machine and proceeds to place her hands on it trying to turn the volume down on my machine. twice she did this! she should not be putting her hands on my machine and Complaining about the noise. There’s a volume on the machines for a reason and a lot of people like to have the volume all the way up! Wish I knew who I could contact to complain about this!

I would consider myself a regular. I used to do ok here but it seems ever since COVID the machines just don't pay anymore. Not only here but all the "cafe" style places. I wonder if the greedy state government is part of the reason.

Very good service! We were trying to find a coffee place late at night and the lady at the counter was very nice and gave us coffee for free :)

Employees are not professional. Always arguing about who job is who's when changing shifts. Employees never open at 9 on Sundays. Always 30 to 45 minutes late. Sitting here right now at 922am and nobody here. Terrible business!

Changed there hours to midnight instead of 2am and I usually go around 1230, and they close early and randomly like today they've been closed since 530pm, trash!!
