The service was excellent, and the food prepared by the gentleman working was equally impressive. My main concern, however, is the tipping policy. It is disappointing to learn that the employees do not receive the tips they earn through their hard work, while ownership retains them instead. This practice feels unfair, as tips are generally intended to directly reward the staff for their service and effort.

I made order online for 2 veggie delight subs I asked the girl could she add egg I do it all the time other subway there’s never a charge here she said it would be extra I said how much extra in which she told me 6 dollars to add egg to my subs in which I told her that’s ok that up charge was a little steep so they proceeded to put egg on my sandwich anyway and told me I had to pay I proceeded to tell him I told her I didn’t want the egg and he said maybe she didnt understand you and I said that is not my fault but I will pay it but I will never come there again he didn’t charge me but proceeded to tell me how they have to pay for it sir I had subs with no meat on them I paid 8 dollars a piece for a breast sandwich with egg and cheese would be the same price and I could have all the same veggies on the sub this subway doesn’t honor coupons either ridiculous very bad service

Someone hacked my subway account and I called immediately to cancel the order and they said “sorry nothing we can do”.
They made an inedible sandwich for my wife and forgot other items in the basket. I drove back to the store for a refund, of which they couldn't do. Don't eat here.
