I used a coupon, and they tried to cheat me out of that. When I questioned the price, they were scrambling. You can't see your sandwich being prepared anymore. When asked about that, they made it sound like it was a new law. I was so confused. Won't go back, Jimmy John's for life, ha!

So coupons apparently dont work at this location . even though the coupon clearly says they do. Seems I have been robbed. Lol idk if I'll be returning. Very disappointed. Had a buy 3 footlongs for $17.99 .says excluded certain sandwiches of which we had none. But they wouldn't honor it. And now they get 1 star. ?
