I was actually referred to Dave by another person in the industry. He said to me "Dave is great. Go to him." Boy was he ever! Brought my machine in on Tuesday and it was ready by Thursday. The price was fair and the machine works great. I was exhausted and asked if he could make me a cup of coffee and he even happily made me a double espresso to go. He is a sweet, humble, good man. The Expresso Shoppe repaired our Jura Impressa E8. We'd tried calling Jura customer care. They simply told us to take it to the closest repair place. We live in Columbus, Ohio, and there is no repair place close by. Fortunately I commute to Chicago for work, so I brought it to ES. I've repaired the machine myself several times, but this was beyond my abilities. (Main problem was a failing water pump.) Total bill was very reasonable, much less than I expected....
