Staff who prepared the food needs to be attentive to customer orders to prevent swithing of order. it is very inconvenient to wait 30 minutes for the order, drove home back and forth, waste gas and wait another 15 minutes to straighten up the order. Staff who prepared the food never apologize as if nothing happens. Staff needs more training in customer service if corporate wants the business to step up to a new level.

Partnering with DoorDash for your deliveries sounds good, but we had an order sit on my front porch for over 20 minutes because the dasher did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. Called store we ordered from (862 E. Hillside Dr.
Broken Arrow, OK 74012) and was promptly told that the order went to door dash and they have no control over the drivers behavior.
This was pretty disappointing lunch to say the least. I don't need a refund, or a discount on a future purchase, you just need to get with door dash and let the know to ring the doorbell, knock on the door or both to let us know our food has arrived.

Frozen fries??? Terrible. The fries were the only reason I went to Wingstop over other wing places. They have lost a customer.

This location is terrible. They barely use any sauce and wings are always overcooked.. I ordered mild wings, and they were practically plain. I called and asked for a refund, and they refused to be helpful at all. They just kept repeating that they put the correct amount of sauce on. It was like talking to a child. This location cuts corners anywhere possible to save a penny. Drinks are not filled up all the way, sauces barely used, ranch cups half full, fries not filled up.

Awful… Cold!…. Wrong flavours!… wrong fries! Wrong sauces!
When we complained, we had to deal with bad attitude and an offer of 11£ refund! Our order was £80!!!! For food that went into the bin! Tasted awful heated up!

I’ve been ordering here for months. I don’t know what happened tonight with my order but I ordered the same thing I always do all flats fried hard. All my wings were wet and not fried hard…Called to see if they would accommodate me or re frying the order or a refund. The manager went back and forth with me only to say I’ll Give u 10 wings instead of 30 but I paid $50.41 for 30 wings!!! This is insane give me what I paid for Veer (the one who took my order) or else
