I think Casey’s pizzas are the best around southern Illinois for the price! I love the point system and it has came in very handy when I needed it. I had over 100$ that came from the point system which is very useful when running low on cash and you need gas or something to eat! I find that the majority of the workers at the East Main Store in Benton are friendly and very helpful! It’s honestly hard to get good service in a lot of places these days! I highly recommend Casey’s for gas, food, snacks and friendly service!

The very tiny young woman working the register was VERY kind and helpful today when the card reader would not take my abused and beat up cards lol. I most definitely recommend this caseys! I just left there! 4:34pm 11/23/24

As a girl from a small town in Illinois who’s only gas station was Casey’s I was happy to have this open right down the street from me… I ordered a pepperoni pizza 2 go over the phone. The order taker was very nice, and when I arrived the entire staff was friendly. I got a fountain and few other things and waited in the car for the pizza to be finished… The man ran the pizza to the car for me!!! Was very very kind because he didn’t have to.. anyway the pizza was the delicious bright orange greasy cheese mess that I remembered!! I will be going back for a taste of home and the friendly cashiers and cooks!!

Who do you have to know to order a sub hear? Done with this place and their employees "whatever" attitude. Been there twice today and have been ignored both times. Second time I was only customer in store. Two people standing behind register, two in kitchen, and one walking around. Didn't even get a be right with you from anyone. Very common problem with this store as well as one in west City IL. Pretty poor customer service.. Heading to Subway as this time. Take my fuel buisness to Match as well. May even stop and get a real pizza at a Hunt Brothers station.

Every time you get gas there they are too cheap to put paper in the machine for a receipt. Came back a week later no change and this time half the pumps have bags on the handles and don't even work they need upgrade their stuff and actually put some paper in the machines or too lazy or too cheap.

I just ordered a taco pizza from caseys on east main in benton.im not sure if they changed the recipe but normally it has crunched up nachos big chunks of tomatoes and lettuce ect. The pizza I got had none of the above and was cold and the taco sauce packets that they always throw in the box werent even in there and they had to go back and get them..i paid over $19 plus a $5 tip for a pizza I cant eat because of how bad it taste . gotta say im sadly disappointed
