Driving through town looking for a place to eat. This cozy place caught my eye as I wanted something off the beaten path and not a chain restaurant. The inside was much larger than expected! Staff was very friendly and prompt, not much waiting at all for drinks, food and check. Food was good as well.

We ate breakfast on the way to Garden of the Gods.The service was very friendly and fast. The atmosphere has a great down home feeling. The prices are fantastic, but everything lacked flavor. I truly don’t think anything had any seasoning on it.

Found this place while camping at Rend Lake and it is a great place to eat, the food is great, you get large servings and very affordable, the staff goes out of their way to serve you

Very nice homey place to eat breakfast. Unfortunately, they don't serve dinner, or we'd probably go there for dinner. Also to see how that was. Waitresses and service are very timely. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Best ever Breaded Tenderloin with homemade mashed potatoes !! Husband had great catfish dinner, fries really good today!! Wish this was in my hometown in IN!!!

The food is always terrific. The drive-thru service is always pleasant, fast and accurate. I don't care for the inside waitstaff. I found our waitress to be pleasant but inattentive. Not once did she ask if we needed anything, nor did she offer a refill on coffee.

Straight up Slop! Hashbrowns had 2 be from the prior day, and the eggs must of been from a Cornish hen! Not even close enough gravy on the biscuit...
