Driving through town looking for a place to eat. This cozy place caught my eye as I wanted something off the beaten path and not a chain restaurant. The inside was much larger than expected! Staff was very friendly and prompt, not much waiting at all for drinks, food and check. Food was good as well.
We ate breakfast on the way to Garden of the Gods.The service was very friendly and fast. The atmosphere has a great down home feeling. The prices are fantastic, but everything lacked flavor. I truly don’t think anything had any seasoning on it.
Found this place while camping at Rend Lake and it is a great place to eat, the food is great, you get large servings and very affordable, the staff goes out of their way to serve you
