I remember when this Hardee’s was a great fast food place. Recently only the breakfast is good. Now that’s not even edible. Ordered the omelette biscuit in the drive thru where the speaker doesn’t work and when I got home the food was inedible. The biscuit fell apart and the omelette felt and looked like it came from the day before. Absolutely horrible. It’s sad that the people working there and managing it have absolutely no ethics. This was on September 29, 2025. 8:00am

This was terrible. Drove through the drive through two times on this date at 6:40 pm and no one waited on us! First time there was a girl worker smoking just watching us wait and then when we saw someone was there we decided to drive though a second time. Then the girl smoking was gone and still no one was taking our order. Do not recommend.

Ordered the pork chop biscuit. Got pulled ahead in the drive thru because it was going to be a couple minutes on that pork chop. Fair. Turns out I was handed a bacon egg biscuit. I didn’t think my request was that complicated. At least the drive thru speaker is working again. Also something in the kitchen is making an ear piercing noise. Might want to check that out.

The store in benton il was great i go threw every morning around 4am Experience was simply amazing. The lady at the counter was so helpful efficient and a cherry smile.
Pulled up to order, sign in the menu said order at window. Pull up there to order, the girl who took my order was on her phone, acted as if I was bothering her. Was very rude and impatient. I asked if they were still serving breakfast or if it was lunch… she said… ehh little of both? Whatever that means. Everytime I have came here I always remember why I don’t. Always rude, in a hurry, asks you to pull up to wait on your food. Even let you order your food then when you get up to the window to pay they tell you they’re not serving breakfast anymore… would you like something else? Like… why didn’t you tell me this when I ordered? Probably my 3rd time giving them a chance again and well nothing changes. Horrible service if you ask me.

By some miracle there's a restaurant open in Benton, IL all night. As someone who visits every year or so for family, I'm grateful for this place.
I got a shake, curly fries, and some chicken tenders. All were great, especially considering the alternatives are 20ish minutes away.
There's like one guy working, it seems. Maybe two? Either way, it's reasonable that there's a wait with those conditions.
Dude at the window was also polite and helpful.
If management checks these reviews, definitely reach out to your overnight crew and thank them on my behalf.
