Late night salting parking lots before the freezing rain set it. Food was amazing and they were gracious with us customizing our order.
The Drive Thru might be the slowest I've seen in my entire life it took 40 MINUTES to get my order which was wrong but I accepted it anyway just so I could get away from that place they were rude,slow,and unorganized I honestly don't know why this place hasn't been run into the ground yet
I'm not sure that it gets any worse than this particular location. While attempting to pick up a customers doordash order in a torantial downpour, I noticed that there was literally no customer whatsoever at the store, so considering that I wasn't holding up any drive-thru line or being an inconvenience in some other way, I figured I'd pick up the doordash order through the drive thru. The moment I get up to the speaker and tell them the customers name, they couldn't wait to inform me that I had to come inside to pick up the order. The overweight middle-aged white lady could not wait to inflict any amount of difficulty on another low wage making employee, simply because she had the opportunity to do so and there was nothing I could do about it.
