Giving 1 star because that's the lowest I can... We had a party of 8, our food came out 1 plate at a time... Everyone had ate by the time the last person got served... Also, if you're paying $25 for 12 traditional wings make sure their done... Nobody wants under cooked wings...

We were staying at the KOA in Benton and placed an order to be delivered. Everything was great! The service was perfect! After traveling all day it was nice to get delivery. They forgot the packages of peppers and cheese which was not a big deal for us but all of a sudden we had a knock on our door and our gal came all the way back when they realized they forgot them. Great customer service!

The man who was waiter/cashier/cook did such an amazing job. Was literally one of the most enjoyable eating out experiences ever. My wife had a rough day at work and was in a mood and Seth's attitude and propping us on a figurative pedestal cheered her up. One of a kind person and should be trainer for all waiters.

Ordered a large stuffed crust pizza and the chocolate chip cookie dessert. Barely any sauce or cheese on pizza and chocolate chip dessert was undercooked. Only good thing were the cheese sticks. Woman that took the order was very sweet. Won't be going back though.

Has improved greatly since their most recent remodel. Very pleasant staff, good food, great atmosphere.
Went there last night, ordered a pizza and cheese sticks. After ordering I watched the manager ring up customers, handle money, and wipe her nose with her hand, then proceed to put her bare hands into the toppings to make our food without washing them. We were so disgusted by this we went to the counter to pay for our drinks and told them we would not be eating the food. The only response we got was; “Sorry”.

This is last try for us.This is the worst pizza we have ever had.About 40 mins.into order I get a call stating the fryer had broken and they couldn't fry any wings but they had a few of bone in wings they could substitute...OK fine.They also threw in another order of breadsticks.and marinara.Now last time we ordered they waited aleast half hour to call me to tell me they were out of wings.Tonight our pizza wasn't even cooked all the way.We will not eat Pizza Hut again.Plus delivery is 4.99...for stuff not worth earing!!!

Ladles and gloves are cheap. Saw the guy in back tonight getting my dipping sauce out of the container with a small black sauce cup with no gloves on. This is absolutely disgusting and I WILL NOT BE BACK. Hope you enjoy the health department phone call tommorow as they are getting told about this as well.
