This Scooters has a large issue with customer service! It is always the same woman, too. Today, as usual, no smiles, good mornings, etc. I tried to use points but obviously did the wrong drink. She had no idea how to help me. I asked if anyone else knew...she said no. No one knew how many smiles are needed for a blended drink!! I stopped coming here because of this and now realize it has not changed. So sad, I love Scooters blended carmelicious but ..... At least they made it as requested this time.

I love Scooters. Hadn't been to one since I lived in Missouri. I moved from Indianapolis to Illinois and was excited to know there was a Scooters locally. The staff are always friendly and offer my pups a pup cup or bone. Scoot on around to Scooters and getcha some!!!

Service is fast. Staff are friendly. Peanut butter crunch blended is my favorite and Hot Chai Latte for my husband. I would definitely go there.
Spilled my drink on me. Asked to remake it. Got an attitude. Asked to speak to manager. Girl stated she was a manager. Rude customer service and definitely not management material. Drink was DISGUSTING like dishwater. Gave it to my friend who will drink anything. Waste of money and time. Already contacted scooters online and no response. Starbucks is better than this garbage

I almost always order a peanut butter cup blender with extra peanut butter. It's amazing! I love that I can order through the app and earn points for free drinks, get random promotion codes, and get a free drink for my birthday!
