Spilled my drink on me. Asked to remake it. Got an attitude. Asked to speak to manager. Girl stated she was a manager. Rude customer service and definitely not management material. Drink was DISGUSTING like dishwater. Gave it to my friend who will drink anything. Waste of money and time. Already contacted scooters online and no response. Starbucks is better than this garbage

Terrible drive through setup, don't take a truck. Criss cross crash. Overpriced. $14 for a medium chai ice tea with so much cinnamon and nutmeg it was undrinkable, a cinnamon roll from the freezer that was cold and tasted like nothing but icing, and a bacon burrito that was cold and mushy with sausage in it. I took 2 bites and threw everything away. Don't waste your money here.

Love the convivence of the drive thru and the quality of the drinks. This business supports the community through donations and sponsorship. They are always friendly and greet you with smiles. I love the app because you can earn smiles and get free drinks!!! Paying at the window with the app makes it so much easier and I get through a lot quicker.

I freaking love scooters. Their little catch phrase "go ahead and scoot around" gets me every single time. Their smoothies are like healthy crack ?? I'm a strawberry banana girl and its never a miss for me. The one in Benton is the only one I've been to but my boyfriend is in love with their coffee. 10/10
