My first time dinng with SB was an enjoyable experience. Lots of thought went into the ambiance and the servers were very attentive. Everything was delicious from the bread appetizer to the main dishes. I would like to make one suggestion and play better music that is easier to carry a conversation while it is playing in the background. Perhaps Sinatra , Jazz and less contemporary with too much bass.

Food was lukewarm. They do not have any Diet Coke or Diet Pepsi on the menu. I ordered a raspberry mojito and the server forgot about it. After asking about my drink she did say it was her fault and apologized. Once we got the drink it was full of puree and too sweet to drink. I don’t normally like to leave negative reviews because I understand that things happen but this really was disappointing for our first time going to the new seasonings in Marion.

Went to the Marion location tonight for the first time. It was for a birthday celebration. Seven adults and two kids. Appetizers were fabulous. Salads were great. Dinner was just OK. Most of the meals were wrong. Didn't come with bacon. No lettuce or tomato for one burger. No ketchup for fries. Lacking in sauces.
The bill was not correct. Burgers were listed that they came with fries. We were charged separately for orders of fries. When questioning the waiter, he rolled his eyes and acted very snarky. Food was cold, which is understandable with nine guests. We loved the Benton location but the food wasn't up to par tonight. When you have a bill over $500 and someone writing down your order, you expect it to come out correct.

I came in for a simple Bacon Cheeseburger, and was blown away. Great service, Great staff, EXCELLENT food. I highly recommend this restaurant, whether you’re solo like myself, or your whole family. Reservations are encouraged through their website. The staff are very accommodating, and are willing to work with you to resolve any issues, as long as you’re respectful. I would recommend this place to Gordon Ramsay if he were in town.

Forever a fan!! They were absolutely amazing in Benton! Went to the new location in Marion last night and beyond excellent! Great new atmosphere, same amazing service and food! Can't wait to go again!!

Appertizers wonderful, server great. main course very mediocre over cooked, was made to feel like I don't know good food! Basically asked to leave because 65$ steak wasn't worth 25$.if you want to see receipt I had one drink my husband doesnt drink don't speak what u don't know.
From out of town, came without reservation but was seated had great service, great appetizers and was very happy till the steaks came, so disappointed. Ordered medium and got medium well, so sent them back and chef came and wanted to deny the done ness,and wanted to know where else we eat. Wth. Meat came back and one filet was still over cooked and manager came and said to my friend, apparently we can't please you so let me get you the check so you can leave! Hospitality at its finest. With meals over 55 each she expects a 55 buck steak. Not a 25 buck steak. 2 of us was drinking tea, and we had one drink none of us were, drunk! 2 were drinking sweet tea! Your just making excuses for the behavior and your waiter was never harrased and was tipped very well. So stop pointing fingers when you ma'am was in the wrong, im sober and only got one drink. one guest complained about her filet, I never said a word so get it right. And look at my reviews. I'm always reasonable and nice till you ma'am, I eat at Ruth Chris and stoney river in chesterfield mo ma'am, you don't even compare. Good day. Very unprofessional and to say we were drunk is totally unbelievable to say. Your cook (can't call him a chef) messed up and you can't coup with the real and honest review. A party of 4 with 2 drinking tea and myself and friend had one drink, very sober especially since we didn't even drink them. You are a unprofessional OWNER that can't handle criticism. So beware of ordering drinks people, they will say your drunk. Unbelievable.

I decided to give this restaurant a try based off the great reviews. We were seated right away. We ordered bread and salad and our 2 entrees. The bread and salad came out quickly. Two entrees took literally over an hour. Large parties around us who were seated after us were getting their food before us. We were told by the server it's the way they "course their food out." I spoke with the manager who offered no apology at all. Attitude was not pleasant. offered not even a free desert. Basically this is the norm they said. From the time we sat down to the time we left was 1 hr 50 min for party of 2. This is NOT the norm for any other restaurant I've patronized. Food was mediocre, salmon and pork ribeye, nothing to rave about. Staff attitudes were not pleasant. I was speaking to our server as we were leaving expressing my disappointment when another server who I WAS NOT TALKING TO yells out in a smart aleck tone thanks have a nice night! Since I live in Atlanta, I expected this place to be comparable to my experiences at restaurants there but it sadly failed due to lack of customer service. And I still left gratuity of 19.5%.
